Simple interfaces to their products provides good offerings, but when they work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have had 7 domains with them for many years. They have made policy changes on their products with email and their support staff when called made it feel like you inconvenienced them. Even if your paying for a product and service, no real initiative to help out or resolve. It's like the company support staff just exists waiting for the doors to close. I asked to escalate the support issue, they won't. I own and operate a small business and the basics are very important to me - plain and simple, they just have to work. Now they don't, and supports answer is you have to figure it out on your own and everyone is too busy this aft to look at your issue, maybe tomorrow. Really guys? I am so disappointed. If this is the new business model? Good luck. I would recommend others like Network Solutions or GoDaddy that are more mainstream. You will get what you paid for. Those providers have it together. I especially love the ease of being able to share software with others that are searching for specific software. Being able to browse the library for featured software. I like how organized the website is, and the options for being able to download free and paid software as well as review and see the reviews of others before trying. There's nothing I'd change, I love seeing this website grow over the years. Been a long time user for many years and have never had any issues. I like it because it's very reliable, it's a company that has been offering its services for many years, it has a lot of software ready to download. I don't need to register me and with one click I can download any software I need. Tucows, or more specifically Hover, their subsidiary, is the only place I feel comfortable purchasing domains. They don't try to up-sell or use shady business tactics, unlike many other registrars. Their prices are always reasonable, and they frequently have sales. They are also very good at taking care of DNS issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
