What do you like best about TSD RENTAL?

Managing our fleet check-ins and check-outs is easy and time-friendly. The ability to create reservations saves us time when checking in our customers and checking out returning customers takes us less than 2 minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TSD RENTAL?

The restrictions of Cadillac's CTA program does not allow us to make changes to our fleet input once we submit (in case of human error) but this is hardly an issue considering the response time from the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TSD RENTAL solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the by-product benefits that we only realized after we integrated with TSD was that their in-platform fleet query system has become extremely valuable in properly tracking our fleet management. What do you like best about TSD RENTAL?

Where to start? Someone posted a thorough review of everything wrong so I will try to add to it. Report parameters change without warning. I ran a report with the info I needed one day, the next they removed one of the parameters so now it will not load anything. When asked they replied that "they are aware and trying to remedy it". Still no remedy. Every day at 0830am ET until God knows when (right now almost an hour) they "experience latency and sorry for the inconvenience". So the busiest time of day and the program is unusable. They promised "90 second" contracts and that is a joke. When I have customers in front of me asking why I am hand-writing contracts its embarrassing to have to tell them the program we use goes down every day at this time. When you call support or email you get the same message that the latency is known and we're sorry. Unacceptable. I have read some bad reviews about Cirro and I wish my company would have looked into it better before taking the cheapest option because you certainly get what you pay for. What do you like best about TSD RENTAL?

What do you dislike about TSD RENTAL?

The system freezes up a lot. Its changes out dates on its own, which this allows for 2 different customers to be in the same loaner at the same time. This should not even be able to happen. You must be very careful when researching any violations. The inventory lists do not include exterior colors, so cirro added for me. They added it one one way to run the inventory report but not the other. Therefore to get a full inventory report with lic pates, dates, miles, colors, ect. you will have to run 2 separate reports and copy and paste from one list to the other for all the important information needed for inventory checks. The open agreements page is big boxes with not enough info and not being uniform in the information format. It is not helpful at all it does not show service advisors, RO numbers, odometer miles , so every time you look at open agreements you will have to click on the grid page. If you go into an agreement to edit and want to go back to the grid page when down, you have to go back to the main page and click on grid. This system takes to much time to research or do anything. If you want to look up a closed agreement with a license plate number, you cannot. First, you have to go into fleet get the unit number, then look up by unit number to see who was in it at the time of the violation. The "history feature" only works sometimes and takes forever to show history. The quick return feather never works properly. With TSD i could write up an agreement in less then a minute. In cirro it takes many more minutes, due to waiting on the death lines each time it wants to save something. From the time I click on open and print it takes almost 30 seconds to actually bring up the RA to print. It may not seem like alot of time, but it does when your entertain the customer in front of you. My customers were accustomed to a quick process and Cirro makes that impossible. The pend agreement is still slow or just don’t work when you click it you have to click it 5 times and wait and hope it works. Sometimes, when adding new customer agreements, it will not save, it will delete everything you do. Anytime you look at the open agreements list you will not get a full list, you have to scroll down, wait for the buffering lines and wait for the rest of the list to load. I spend most of my time in cirro looking a buffering line and thinking will it work this time. I do not recommend this system to anyone. It is extremely slow and inefficient in many ways as stated above. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TSD rental management system is a solid platform that offers unmatched reliability and organization for fleet management and vehicle rental. This easy to use platform allows anyone from any department of the company to jump and and easy acquaint themselves with the system and retrieve information about vehicles in the fleet. At time TSD can feel like you've jumped back in time about 15 years with its seemingly flat UI. However this is a minimal drawback against the many features TSD possesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TSD Rental is a very solid platform that can be catered to the way any business wants to run their operation. The team at TSD is very flexible with their contracts and will setup TSD to the way your business finds it effective. If anyone is looking for a platform to implement that has the full package of fleet management, TSD is definitely the way to go. Not to mention their support is very decent. During the minimal amount of outages they go through a year, they are very transparent in communicating any issues and always resolve the issue in a short span of time. Their developers work constantly to make the product better as they also frequently release new updates to the system frequently to make the user experience more streamlined and easy to use. With TSD our business can effectively manage our fleet in multiple locations across the United States. This is extremely important because our vehicle fleet is our main product and the information about vehicles is very important to our day to day operations. TSD allows us log almost every attribute about our vehicles which then later allows us to run various reports against any type of grouping of our choice to pinpoint certain metrics that will help our processes and overall operations run more efficiently. What do you like best about TSD RENTAL?

I love the fact it tracks gas and mileage perfectly. I also love the flexibility when it comes to swapping or exchanging units as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
