"Useful tool for easy insights"

What do you like best about Forward?

I find Forward Networks to be an excellent tool for gaining valuable insights into our highly complex network! One of the best features of Forward Enterprise is its intuitive interface, which makes it easy to learn and use. Additionally, I'm impressed by the speed at which it can retrieve search results for a large network. The support engineers at Forward Networks have also been exceptional. They are highly responsive and efficient in implementing fixes. They are also receptive to suggestions and prioritize implementing features that benefit the entire customer base. What do you dislike about Forward?

There are a couple of areas where it could improve. Firstly, creating a well-organized large topology can be challenging, so enhanced topology editing capabilities would be beneficial. Additionally, having more granular user control to filter out sensitive information, such as firewall policies or network device configurations, while still enabling path verification searches would be valuable. What problems is Forward solving and how is that benefiting you?

Forward Networks effectively addresses the primary challenge of path and firewall policy verification. It has significantly improved our ability to quickly identify whether connectivity issues stem from firewall policies or invalid network paths, providing us with valuable time savings and enhancing our network troubleshooting process.
