It creates a black box with high risk to changes happening outside our SDLC. We can now be sure when a transaction is legitimate or spot any kind of fraudulent activity before it becomes a massive problem. This, in turn, has helped our relationship with our customers because of the confidence we now have. The risk assessment tools iovation offers are a great insight into transactions and the potential risks behind them, this really helps us to make informed decisions on things that may not seem quite right and has helped us reduce fraudulent activity going on massively. **What do you dislike about TruValidate?** At this point, i have not found any issues with it and the program runs brilliantly. One limitation with iovation is that you can only look at transaction history up to 6 months old. On a couple of occasions, we have found going a couple of months further than this would have been handy. Apart from this nothing jumps out that i dislike. **Recommendations to others considering TruValidate:** For anyone who is looking for a comprehensive fraud prevention tool then this is a great choice. If you want to have more confidence and limit the amount of fraudulent activity your company deals with then have a look into this. **What problems is TruValidate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have improved the relationships we have without customers by being able to approach situations with much more confidence in both the customers themselves and any transactions we deal with.
