We're still early in our integration, so we haven't used every feature yet, like the heatmaps or advanced dashboards. The software works as advertised under testing conditions, as well as in the limited number of prod scenarios where the TruthScan feature set was applicable. It is able to identify very subtle changes made to images using both AI and manual image editing tools. **What do you dislike about TruthScan (AI image and media detection)?** The pricing. I understand that profitability is necessary but this ultimately caused me not to continue after the trial. Their monthly subscription provides more tokens than we would ever use by a significant amount. If there were a lower tier model then this would be an easier sell. **What problems is TruthScan (AI image and media detection) solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am system's engineer working for a retail company that partially sells through third parties like uber eats and door dash. I used this software to attempt to combat a specific method of refund fraud where in which a user submits a refund request using a photo edited with AI or manual tools like photoshop. One thing that I found very useful is the ability to find very subtle changes in an image, for example if I took a photo of chicken then using grok, gpt or even photoshop, changed the image to appear to be undercooked, TruthScan would pick up on this and give me a rating showing the "likelihood" tampering. ### 3. Before we were looking to implement a tool like truth scan we had unknowingly onboarded a couple of people who didn't submit valid credentials ### 4.
