The philosophy they have is that, why do you have to pay for a service from which you may not receive any income for months? Thanks to Trusty you can comply with the law without having to pay a single euro initially. Later, if you see that you have many entries in the tool, you can opt for the paid version that brings a series of improvements... but to start with what the free version brings is more than enough. During the implementation we have had good attention to support. **What do you dislike about Trusty?** To access certain functions you have to pay, but this is logical. For our start, we have enough with the free version **What problems is Trusty solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped us meet the Whistleblower. I also appreciate that it is Swiss hosted, and GDPR compliant. **What do you dislike about Trusty?** Perhaps the colour of the logo might distract from the potentially serious nature of possible reports being received and cause users to not trust it, and therefore avoid reporting? The technology is user-friendly and does not require IT studies. **What do you dislike about Trusty?** So far, we have not been able to discover anything that we did not like. **What problems is Trusty solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a law firm that acts as an ombudsman for various companies. Some companies want to enable their employees or third parties to contact us not only by phone, email, fax, letter or in person, but also via a digital whistleblowing platform.
