I found the UI/UX of TrustMate.io to be quite challenging to navigate and understand. There doesn't seem to be a clear flow or intuitive layout, making it difficult for me to figure out where to start or what steps to take next. The lack of comprehensive video tutorials or guides compounded my confusion, as the existing videos are brief, sometimes lack voiceovers, and don't always reflect the current version of the product. Speed of collecting high quality reviews, that are long, thematic and full of keywords thanks to the built in CLICKABLE HINT system. Worth noticing is that I can define dictionaries with these hints, and adapt them to my industry, and the way that people talk about my products. There is no other tool on the market that can offer this. It is revolutionary idea. Adding a lot of worthy UGC to my site everyday.
