There is much to not like about the product. There were some tools we are using that were not supported by the automated receptors (although you can always upload evidence manually), however the Trustero team were possible changed dev priorities to support our needs. Going through a SOC 2 process is never easy or straightforward. But partnering with Trustero has made the experience better for us. I've been through multiple compliance certifications before at a previous company where we used a few different systems to gather and report evidence. I knew that finding a good partner for this initiative would be key to achieving our desired outcomes without negatively impacting our team. To be honest there has been nothing so far in our interactions with Trustero that I would classify as a "dislike." I might not say the same about the AICPA. Trustero greatly streamlines the compliance process and has helped improve the overall security posture of our company. Automated data collection and report generation helps make the auditing process easy. Continuous monitoring is also helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More of a potential issue but reliance on automation can cut both ways. Human oversight is needed which they have. Was initially worried about a potential lack of customization options but this hasnt been the case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
