TrustCloud has truly transformed my business when it comes to upholding data privacy and adhering to compliance regulations. As a business owner I often encountered difficulties, in navigating the landscape of data privacy regulations. However TrustCloud has significantly simplified this process for me.

User Friendly Interface; TrustClouds interface is designed with simplicity in mind making it effortless to comprehend and manage data privacy compliance. Without expertise in data privacy I found it incredibly user friendly.

Extensive Coverage; TrustCloud covers a range of data privacy regulations like GDPR, CCPA and HIPAA. This comprehensive coverage provides me with reassurance that I'm fully compliant with all regulations.

Automated Compliance; TrustCloud automates compliance tasks such as data mapping and risk assessments. This automation not saves me time. Also guarantees that no crucial compliance steps are overlooked.

Expert Guidance; The team of data privacy experts at TrustCloud is always accessible to address my queries and offer guidance. Their support has been invaluable, in assisting me through the intricacies of data privacy compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TrustCloud has proven to be incredibly valuable, for my business. However there are a couple of areas that could benefit from some improvements.

1. Pricing: The cost of TrustCloud can sometimes be a bit high for businesses, like mine. Although the undeniable benefits it offers cannot be overlooked, having more affordable pricing options specifically tailored for businesses would be highly appreciated.

2. Learning Curve: While TrustCloud is designed to be user friendly there is still a learning curve involved when initially using the platform. It would greatly benefit users if there were tutorials and resources to assist them in navigating the platform more smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For a software platform that automates so much of the SOC2 process, I'm pleasantly suprised that my favorite part of using TrustCloud is their customer success and support team. From initial onboarding and sync with our systems to creating custom integrations, the team has been incredibly responsive to our many, many questions.

The TrustShare site that syncs with TrustOps is really powerful. Even as we're preparing for our SOC2 audit, we're able to share our approved policies and monitored controls with our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This is a very small thing as the platform is quite powerful, but they could simplify the number of clicks it takes to add evidence to a control assessment. However, we have no complaints with the platform or the people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Technical support is fast, friendly, personal, and helpful. I'm on a first-name basis with a couple of support reps and they consistently exceed my expectations when I have a question or issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use TrustCloud because of the generous free tier. TrustCloud's platform was really easy to use. We got ready for our SOC 2 audit, and stood up a trust page to share with prospects.
