Working with the TrustArc team and engineers it's also clear that they really care to hear about their integrations and tools so they can look for ways to improve. TrustArc makes it easy to setup geo specific cookie consent groups and implement the core scritps to your website or via GTM (or some other tag management platform). TrustArc's default cookie is an implied state rather than what user consent to. Once users consent a cmpai_cookie_privacy cookie is set and that is great but when you want impleied consent to be granted by default for certain geo locations this becomes challenging to setup GTM tags for multiple geo groups such as EU vs US vs US California.
