Well thought of details and options. Reasonable pricing with which feels like a very generous offer compared to other similar services. Consistent update with a committed team delivering what was promised. Very helpful and responsive support. Founder will be there for you if needed. **What do you dislike about Trust?** UX may be a bit confusing and needs a bit of arrangement. Integrations with platforms such as pabbly and zapier. However, they are in beta and should be coming next year according the founder. **What problems is Trust solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reputation management and collecting customer reviews and I have realized how valuable Trust is when i digged deeper into the options and details it entails. A plethora of functions and valuable and customizable tools that can help boost your reputation. Amazing value for the current price. ### 4. In addition, it enables users to review with text only, or text plus video as well. They are also working on the integration with social media platforms for users to share their feedback on social. This will be great! It is a must and going to help us significantly. **What do you dislike about Trust?** No social media integration at the moment, but it seems that they are working on it. **What problems is Trust solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are moving our office outside of the city, and going to work more remotely and virtually. The market that we are in relies on a lot on trust, and Trust is going to help us to create trust with our prospective and clients. ### 5. Custom forms, several ways to showcase it, and the upcoming webhooks and ability to pull reviews from other platforms makes this a must buy. **What do you dislike about Trust?** I would love to have the ability to have video in the thank you pages also. Other than that, i´m happy with everything. **What problems is Trust solving and how is that benefiting you?** Sending a form to collect reviews don´t work. Asking for reviews by email don´t have the social proof needed. There are a lot of factors that need to be met.. including official permissions, video capture, social proof, etc etc Trust tackles it all! ### 6. As is - its good and does the job though Im sure over the next few months it will be improved **Recommendations to others considering Trust:** It is super easy to setup and shouldn't take you more than 10mins to get it going & while it's not yet where Endorsal or VideoAsk is it is a Great product **What problems is Trust solving and how is that benefiting you?** Capturing reviews and testimonials can be challenging and although this SAAS is in its early stages of development, the team behind it is very active which is a great sign. Its a good alternative to Endorsal, the addition of Social proof to the revies is a great way to build authenticity ### 7. This is your first choice. But I want you to try it before buying.
