In fact, even the documents explaining the context. 3. Pricing looks higher at first glance, but it’s actually worth it. AI rewrites the entire narration and polishes it, background noise gets removed, my video is already in sync and I don't have to move things around, and introduction and thank you slides are already added. Trupeer solves about 90% of the hardest part of creating product demos, tutorials, and tours from scratch. It’s one of the few SaaS products I’ve used where AI was applied correctly from the start to address a real problem. It works well even when the source material is rough, and then you can refine and polish the details until it meets your own quality bar. The UX is frictionless, and the support, product, and engineering teams have been making steady improvements based on my team’s feedback, which has earned our trust as loyal customers. Their pricing offers excellent value for small 1–3 person teams as well as larger teams. Editing is quick and seamless, and export times are faster than I expected. The Chrome plugin is a helpful integration—especially for CS teams where production value isn’t a major concern—even though my team’s workflow has leaned more toward uploading local screen recordings instead. I like that Trupeer solved a lot of problems for me without the need for editing. I uploaded an eight-minute video that had some lags and filler words, and Trupeer created a wonderful, shortened video that felt like magic. The quality of the videos produced is excellent, making them professional sounding without noise, which is great for reaching a wide variety of audiences. The voice feels great, with a good accent and human-like speech. I also found the setup to be too easy; I just uploaded the video, and it provided the output.
