## trumpet Reviews
 ### 1. Insightful, Easy Integration, Highly Recommended

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor L. | Inside Sales Team Lead

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet for all deals within our pipeline and some strategic accounts, mainly because it provides valuable engagement insights and buying intent, which help with personalization. I also appreciate how it shows exactly who views what, helping identify other people in the process. Its ease of integration with other tools like Pipedrive, Slack, and Salesloft makes it versatile for our needs. The initial setup was very easy, and I rate it a strong 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing, great experience so far

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Trumpet for engagement insight, buying intent, and personalization. It shows who views what and identifies others in the process.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Conor and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping to understand buyer intent and uncover more stakeholders in the process for you!

Welcome to the band :)

 ### 2. Comment Section and Ease of Use Make Trumpet Stand Out

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel L. | Sales Development Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I love the comment section in the trumpet rooms. I've used digital sales rooms in the past that don't have the comment section and then communication has to go back through an email thread or live on a call about something specific I have shared in the deal room.

I am also a big fan of the ease of use to add collateral and past Gong conversations directly into trumpet.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There is nothing I dislike about trumpet. I would recommend that some items are better to share live on a call and then upload them into trumpet after.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Instead of sharing a ton of links and documents that can get lost in an email thread, I can share and update the trumpet room to keep everything organized in one place.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Samuel and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that you're enjoying the comment functionality in pods, making it easier for buyers to buy is what it's all about!

Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 3. Empowers Customers with Intuitive Collaboration and Seamless Access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 09, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is an intuitive home to create shared hub for employee and customers they work with. We spend a lot of time aligning on priorities with customers and documenting key details and being able to give unlimited access to the customer's own information is key. I also love that customers can make their own updates and track progress. This empowers customers using Trumpet to drive their own success as much as they want. Direct integration with G suite makes sharing assets and keeping the PODs relevant easy.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It can be clunky to get the media you prefer into the PODs if you can't use the integrations such as google drive.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing productivity by removing the need for overly detailed recaps or downloading and email of decks. Trumpet makes it easy to stay on the same page with customers between monthly syncs creating strong expectations.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's increasing productivity whilst keeping the momentum with prospects in between calls.

Thanks also for your feedback regarding adding media to pods. This is something we continue to improve, for example the ability to drag and drop directly into pods. I've got some tips for you - email vicki@sendtrumpet.com and let's chat.

Welcome to the band!

 ### 4. Really Easy to Use, Great Sales Enablement Tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lucy P. | Head of Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Really easy to use and a great tool for sales enablement

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Branding can be a little bit tricky but they are always willing to help

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

giving prospects a consistent way to access information through a long sales process

 ### 5. Feedback about trumpet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Krystyna C. | Onboarding manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

- Love the way we can customise the trumpet pods
- The Customer support (your team is always responsive and take the feedback into the consideration)
- Very easy to use and get used to

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

1. Chatter box is very hard to use.
- Not easy to send a message, does not have setting to choose what way I would liek to send a message (enter or command enter etc)
- Would be amazing if chatter is a separate window, it takes ages to read a text (super small)
- sometimes I would click something on the screen and text would auto-delete/disappear
- Not possible to insert a list, sending as a plain text
- Can not do bold/styling in the chat box
- I can only send messages to the clients in Live mode but not in actual trumpet. Could we change it?

2. Would be amazing to have some sort of chat box involved like Slack or similar. Some clients do not want to learn how to use the new product so having something similar interface with Slack or email would be great.

3. A pop up notification directly in Trumpet if something is not complete

4. When a client hasnt complete the task, the button to assign all the tasks they have to complete and send them the notification over email. Not just one step but all of them. Like a daily reminder

5. The way to create the Internal tables for the team, sort of "Things to do or complete" and to track the client progress internally. Sort of what Monday has.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving the onboarding faster/easy to assign the task to the clients
Tracking the progress

**Official Response from Will Angel:**

> Hey Krystyna,

Thank you so much for the feedback. We're in the process of overhaulling our commenting and chat features to address your feedback and others we've received.

I'd love to dive into the automation use cases as we've recently released our Zapier integration, which is helping a lot of clients with more advanced automation needs. Feel free reach out over slack or email me (will @sendtrumpet.com) and I can walk you through them.

Cheers,

Will,
Lead Product Manager

 ### 6. Great HubSpot Integration, But Takes Time to Get Used To

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

That it’s integrated directly within Hubspot

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Takes some getting used to and not as intuitive as first

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time spent on proposals. Reducing hours spent on manual tasks

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping you to reduce time spent on putting together proposals and other manual tasks so you can focus on the good stuff!

Thanks also for your feedback on the learning curve - this is an area we continue to focus on for our users to get up and running ASAP.

Welcome to the band!

 ### 7. Seamless for Daily Tasks, but Reporting and Pricing Need Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amulya C. | Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Works seamlessly for my daily tasks and assignments

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Analytical reporting isn’t as good and high pricing

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personalisation and tracking pods

 ### 8. Sales

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra A. | USPTA-Certified Tennis & Performance Coach |Nantucket, DMV,Boston,Florida, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The platform makes account engagement incredibly dynamic and personalized. I love how easily I can create curated experiences that reflect the buyer's journey, rather than sending static PDFs or outdated slides. It allows for seamless collaboration across internal teams and external stakeholders, all in one interactive space. The analytics are also a huge win—being able to see what content resonates most with prospects helps shape follow-ups with precision.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Delivers a standout experience every time—easy to use, visually polished, and highly customizable. It elevates how we present information, making our outreach more engaging and strategic. The insights and flexibility it offers have made it truly indispensable and grateful for the responsive team.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is so easy to send prospects! The customer service team especially Vickie is 5 stars!

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Alexandra, thanks so much for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support - we love having you in the band! It makes us very happy to hear that it's helping you to deliver standout experience to your customers - that's what buyer enablement is all about!

Thanks for being a fab band member 🎺

 ### 9. Intuitive and Efficient Client Communication Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clare R.

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I use Trumpet to send our clients a portal with all the brochures, videos, and pricing related to our company. It solves a lot of time and the quality of the platform is much better than what we had before. I like the user-interface where I can amend and adapt each pod to suit what I need it for. It's really intuitive and seamless. The initial setup was easy, which was great.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

N/A

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet saves us a lot of time and provides a higher quality platform to send clients a portal with brochures, videos, and pricing.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Clare and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's providing a high quality experience of your customers.

Welcome to the band!

 ### 10. Trumpet: A Rewarding Salesroom with a Very User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Louis O. | Senior Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

Trumpet is the most rewarding salesroom I have used. The interface is very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing, I would like to automate the video creation.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping everything all in one place.

 ### 11. Digitalising prospecting from cold outreach to warm

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalie G. | SDR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2024

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

- How you can modernise outreach / adding videos, voicenotes, pictures, case studies etc.
- Easy to use.
- Has a number of different features that are super useful, i.e. pricing options, video demos etc.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

- When it doesn't send with the right link, so for example when I send the 'email version' but it only shares a link.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Sharing our platform easily.
- Is very visual which helps me when trying to add the correct information for my clients and prospects
- Summer easy way to view when prospects are accessing the pod and seeing what specifically is of interest.

 ### 12. Enhanced Buyer Visibility Streamlines Our Prioritization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbigale N. | Head of Sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 16, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Visibility of activity lets us prioritise the genuine buyers.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Analytics needs improving. I'd love to see more granular detail of how a pod is being used both from the sales person side and the prospect/customer side.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's increased out sales cycle considerably and allows the sales team to prioritise those prospects who genuinely engage and show buying signals.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping to enhance your Sales cycle and prioritisation by the team.

Thanks also for your feedback regarding analytics from both trumpet users and pod viewers. I'd love to understand more here, so please email vicki@sendtrumpet.com and let's chat.

Great to have you in the band :)

 ### 13. Very intuitive and powerful tool for innovative businesses

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manuel E. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Very intuitive Software. Easy to adjust. U can use templates which makes a setup for a client very easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The design or overall data that is dragged automatically into trumpet could be a bit more sharp.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me transport our innovative product in an innovative form to the customer and helps me to differentiate from other vendors.
It helps me to build individual assets in order to tailor my messaging to customers.
It helps me to track the commitment that my client has for the cause.
And it is easy to involve more stakeholders without having to write a long and detailed e-mail to each individual that joins along the process.
Helps me to steer my project really well.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. An innovative product deserves to be sold in an innovative way :) and love to hear that it helps you to steer your projects.

Thanks also for the feedback regarding data that goes into the pods - this can be customised, so would love to advise here. Please email vicki@sendtrumpet.com and let's chat.

Thanks for being a fab band member! 🎺

 ### 14. Great Tool for Managing Multiple Accounts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily B. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is a clear and concise single source of truth, you can password/email protect certain pages for leadership only and get cool analytics on who is viewing the room. Also the ability to save pages and widgets to use in other templates is clutch.

I love my CSM Vicki, she is a TRUMPETER and loves the product so much it is contagious.

Also, they have SO many integrations.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There are some UI changes I would make to make it more user friendly, in a perfect world trumpet would trumpet would work more like Canva. I tasked my product designed with making our trumpet template in line with our brand guidelines, after he finished the platform updated and it changed a lot of the template he made (only in terms of design) but I was majorly bummed. I would love more customization options in terms of the tabs at the top and being able to put widgets next to each other.

Not sure if this would be possible but the worst thing about trumpet is the adding to it, such is every tool. Blue sky, no rules: a slack/email/something integration that can look for key words or slack channels and add it to trumpet automatically?

*** Update, I met with the head of product design after posting this review and she gave me some awesome solves and is keeping me updated on progress towards my goals.
Super stoked by the way my feedback was received and implemented.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am a CSM at a successful company, we use Slack, Teams, Email, and Calls to communicate with our customers depending on their tech stack. All of those tools are great for communication but are difficult to search for previously mentioned items. Have you ever asked gmail for emails from Ana who you talk to 50 times a day and it comes up blank?? Trumpet fixes that

 ### 15. Quieter Inbox... a Dream Come True!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly C. | Senior Client Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

As a CSM, I love that Trumpet has become the go-to place for my clients to access assets they would typically reach out to me for. I know it's happening because I can view their activity. No more attachments forever getting lost in emails. It's really lightened the load on my inbox. It's also been a fantastic way to answer quick questions they have rather than always resorting to emails.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I'm relatively new to Trumpet & sometimes I find it overwhelming to know which widgets are the best to use for my needs.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can address my clients' needs at scale, and have a visual representation of everything we're working on. It's removed the need for client decks which I love.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello Kelly and thanks for sharing your positive review of trumpet. Love that it's helping to lighten the load on your inbox - buyer enablement is here to stay 🙌

Thanks also your feedback regarding widget choice, noted. The CS team are available in the in-app chat and can help with such queries, so reach out when you need!

Welcome to the band 🎺

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet enables me to present engaging and interactive content about our products and services to both prospects and customers.
Its easy to use and scale.
Customer support from Anna has been first class

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

People often resist change, so individuals who are accustomed to using email and attachments may need some encouragement to start using it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We provide prospects with enough information about our products and services in a way that captures their interest, helping them assess us as a potential supplier.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thank you for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support from Anna! We love that it's helping you to engage prospects in a different way that makes you standout!

Welcome to the band 🎺

Also great way to track client engagements, how much time are they spending reading our material and where are they focusing most

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping you to understand what your clients are engaging with and that they're enjoying the experience too!

 ### 18. Great tool for Sales Operations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to get started right away. I appreciate how streamlined the interface is, and the features are well-designed for boosting productivity. It’s a great tool for anyone looking to stay organized and efficient.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One thing I dislike about Trumpet is that some advanced features can be a bit tricky to find or require extra steps to access. There’s also a slight learning curve when customizing certain settings. Overall, though, these issues don’t outweigh the benefits, but there’s definitely room for improvement in usability.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet helps solve the problem of managing and tracking sales processes efficiently. It centralizes all my leads, communications, and follow-ups in one place, so I don’t have to juggle multiple tools or lose track of important details. This has made my workflow much smoother, improved my response times, and ultimately helped me close more deals. The automation features also save me a lot of time on repetitive tasks, allowing me to focus more on building relationships with clients.

 ### 19. Thumbs up!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Streamlined Communication
Trumpet brings all our conversations into one place, which means no more digging through emails or scattered chat threads. It’s much easier to keep everyone on the same page.

User-Friendly Interface
The interface is clean and intuitive. Even new team members are able to get started quickly without needing a lot of training.

Customization Options
I really appreciate how customizable Trumpet is. From adjusting notifications to setting up personalized dashboards, it adapts well to our team’s specific needs.

Integration Capabilities
Trumpet works seamlessly with other tools we already use, like Slack and Google Workspace. This integration saves us a lot of time and reduces manual data entry.

Enhanced Productivity
With Trumpet, we’re able to automate repetitive tasks and get a clear overview of our projects. This has definitely boosted our overall productivity.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Limited Mobile Experience
The mobile app still feels underdeveloped compared to the desktop version. Some features are missing or harder to use on the go, which can be frustrating for team members who work remotely or need flexibility.

Occasional Sync Issues
I’ve experienced some delays with real-time updates and syncing across devices. Sometimes, messages or changes made on one device don’t immediately appear on another, which can disrupt workflow.

Learning Curve for Advanced Features
While the basic functions are intuitive, some of the more advanced features aren’t as well-documented or easy to master. This means it can take extra time for the team to fully leverage everything Trumpet offers.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralized Customer Communication
Before using Trumpet, I often lost track of customer conversations spread across various channels. Trumpet consolidates all interactions in one place, so I always have the full context for each deal and can respond quickly and professionally.

Improved Follow-Up and Task Management
It’s easy to miss follow-ups or next steps, especially when juggling many opportunities. Trumpet allows me to set reminders, track tasks, and get notifications, so no lead slips through the cracks and I stay on top of every deal.

Personalized Sales Journeys
With Trumpet, I can create customized sales rooms or pages for each prospect, including tailored documents, presentations, and resources. This makes my outreach more relevant and engaging, which increases my conversion rates.

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

This platform makes it simple to keep all the information you want your prospect to access throughout the sales process in one convenient place.

At times, sharing Google Slides can be a bit tricky, especially when it comes to granting the right permissions for prospects to view them. This is a minor technical inconvenience.

This tool is useful because it eliminates the need to send multiple documents to prospects, making it easier to keep all the information centralized.

All the recent updates to Trumpet have been great. When making a pod it's much more user friendly with the range of widgets and integrations available. We're able to fully customise the pods to the exact requirements without needing to make sacrifices

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

So far the constant updates have been great. The only thing I've found is sometimes when displaying code within the text editor sometimes the formatting is a little off and needs manually correcting but that's minor

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing for a much more client-centric approach when sharing material. Instead of unfriendly PDFs or long emails being able to send a Pod link where it's easily viewable particularly for senior stakeholders has been invaluable.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello Shayne and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that you're enjoying our recent updates to widgets and overall pod designs!

Thanks also for the feedback regarding displaying code - if you come across this again, please come through to the CS team in the in-app live chat and we'll take a look at it for you 😊

Thanks for being in the band! 🎺

 ### 25. Structure and Visibility to Document Workflows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I deal with hundreds of documents across different projects and departments. What I love about Trumpet Pods is that they give me a centralized, well-structured space where I can manage and distribute controlled documents without version confusion.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

While it's great for organizing documents, it lacks deeper metadata tagging and advanced search filters, which are helpful when managing large volumes of technical or regulatory files.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Trumpet, document control involved juggling multiple shared drives, tracking changes via spreadsheets, and following up over email to confirm that stakeholders had reviewed or used the latest version of a file. It wasn’t sustainable - especially for large-scale or cross-functional projects.

Now, I use Trumpet to create a Pod for each initiative, department, or document package. Everything lives in one place - revision logs, controlled forms, reference guides - and I can update and replace documents without disrupting the structure. I always know who’s accessed what, and the team always has the most current version.

It’s cut down on errors, improved compliance, and given me a much clearer way to track and manage document flows. Trumpet brings visibility, consistency, and control to what used to be a fragmented and manual process.

 ### 26. Buyers enjoy buying from me

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Staffing and Recruiting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 04, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It links effortlessly with my Gong and Salesforce, so the data lands where I already spend my time.

I can drop in videos or a micro-demo right inside the Pod, keeping the story alive and moving between every call, my clients love this. Proposals, quotes, contracts and onboarding checklists all live together. It feels amazing not having to juggle a pile of tools for one deal.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There's nothing I dislike about trumpet, it's going great. The team are amazing.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It smooths the handover from sales to customer success and speeds up how quickly we close.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the team. We love that your buyers enjoy buying from you in this way!

Welcome to the band :)

Love that it's so intuitive and easy to use. Great design flow and very straightforward. Looks very sleek and makes client communication a lot more seamless and professional.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Trumpet files are very slow, clicking into it, navigating folders can lag a bit. Not a big issue though.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlined customer communication & clear layout. Having one singular knowledge hub rather than multiple email chains.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amara M. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

The platform is extremely easy to use for both me and my prospects. Having everything in one place makes the experience seamless, with a clear and intuitive layout throughout. The biggest thing to call out is our client manager, Anna, who has been brilliant to work with!

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing comes to mind - the platform is super easy to use!

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet solves the problem of decks getting lost in inboxes. It’s never been easier to multi-thread accounts, keep everyone aligned with shared access to information, and move deals forward smoothly.

 ### 30. Effortless Customer Onboarding with Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kieran I. | Head of Customer Success, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 15, 2025

This tool has made onboarding customers so much easier for me. I can quickly create and update our onboarding pods, and the helpful integrations allow us to automate onboarding flows, which really simplifies things for everyone involved. Best of all, you don't need any technical expertise or have to deal with complicated integrations.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing so far. It has everything that I need.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its helping to make onboarding so much easier and quicker and allowing me to get all the information in an easy to digest format for our customers.

 ### 31. Centralised & efficient way to run sales processees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 21, 2023

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

If I could sum up trumpet it'd be:

- Trumpet allows you to communicate and share information professionally with your clients
- I used to send follow up emails after calls, now i sent trumpet pods every day. Every single demo is followed up with a trumpet pod which takes up 10% the time of a crafted email and delivers more value. No-brainer
- Manage the entire sales process centrally, making your life easier.
- The customisation is key to putting your own stamp on it depending on your uniue sales process
- The Trumpet team are super helpful and always available to give us tips and tricks

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

- To get your pods to a certain level, you need o have a bit of buy in on the implementation and set-up to get your precise pages in your pod templates right. But this is so easy to change further down the line it's actually no drama.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frequently we need to share documentation, demo recordings, help centre links, slide decks and other resources with clients. This used to be by email, and now it's via trumpet.

Using Trumpet totally takes away this pain and instead provides us with a central and transparent sales process to run with our customers. Trumpet really helps me to multi-thread key accounts and keep momentum on deals, unlike emails where it's super easy to be ghosted!

 ### 32. Excellent for Complex Deals, But Needs More Customization Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Customers love it, the more complex (and bigger) a deal is, there more stakeholders you are working with, and the more next steps, open items, Q&A's resources etc that all have to be kept on top of. Also when a senior stakholder gets involved late stage, the dealroom is a great way fore them to see all the wprk that has been done and get up to speed.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Some of the tiles can't be edited, I would like to make certain items like PDF's bigger, but can't.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Collaboration with customers and creating/driving mutual success plans.

Central repository of all relevant resources/collateral, documents etc.

Easily referencable MSP for accountability of every stakeholder, clear next steps for everyone.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thank you for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. Great to hear your customers are loving it too and it's helping to keep momentum in deals with senior stakeholders etc.

Thanks also for your feedback regarding customisation of widgets, this is something we are continuing to focus on. Regarding PDF - get in touch at vicki@sendtrumpet.com and I might be able to help here.

 ### 33. Super Simple to Use and Makes Everything Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Strong value proposition. Having everything in one place for each prospect makes selling easier on our side, and it also makes the buying process simpler for the prospect or client.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It took me a few attempts to get used to the widgets, but once I did, it became super easy to use.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A centralised value proposition, solid multi-threading, and clear insights into what’s happening.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's making the buying and selling experience easier for everyone involved, that's what buyer enablement is all about!

Thanks also for the feedback regarding widget navigation. I'd love to understand and help more, so please email vicki@sendtrumpet.com or come through on the inapp live chat and let's see how we can help!

 ### 34. Trumpet has made the communication with prospects, smoother, slicker and far more efficient.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet immediately makes the prospect feel prioritised and important. Being able to share the 'nudge exchange' with prospects at the end of the call, shows our due-diligence and reassures our prospects that we're serious about them as a potential client. Being able to add requested resources directly to the trumpet page means we're not trailing through email chains, making it far more efficient. Also, the look and feel of the trumpet pages reflect nudge's contemporary and tech led design approach and is often complimented by prospects.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes the user experience feels less intuitive than expected. It took me a while to figure out how to create details on the pages, and I think certain aspects could be made more self-explanatory. Nevertheless, our CS contact Anna is always at hand to help us with any queries which does make this process that much smoother.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet streamlines communication and keeps all the information in one place, so I don’t have to chase prospects or repeatedly answer questions about where to find something. It saves me time and keeps conversations moving forward.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support - Anna is great :) We love that it's helping the prospects to feel prioritised and important, that's what buyer enablement is all about :)))))

Thanks also for your feedback regarding pod creation and the options available to you. We are continuously working on enhancing the user experience so your input here is much appreciated.

Great to have you in the band 🎺

 ### 35. User-Friendly Platform with Versatile Features and Great Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacey R. | Customer Solutions Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

It is a really easy platform to use. I love the way it looks and you can use it in all different ways. The support from Anna has been exceptional. As it is quite new to me I just need time to start using it with all of my clients.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I don't dislike anything about Trumpet. I like how you can add recordings to reach out to clients and make it personable.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It houses all of the information I need to send to my employers making it easy to build each pod. It looks for attractive and the fact you can add personalised recordings is great as I am more of a talker.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support from Anna. We love that you find it quick and easy to create attractive looking pods!

Welcome to the band 🎺

 ### 36. User-Friendly, Well-Designed UX That’s Complete and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The tool is user friendly, the UX is nicely designed, it is complete and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Not much I dislike Trumpet, even when I have questions the team is available to answer everything.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to put presentations together and give ample information about the merchants performance, training and new features.

 ### 37. Up to date program resources

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What do you like best about trumpet?
It helps cut through the clutter. Instead of sharing multiple Google Docs and chasing approvals via email or Slack, I just drop everything into a Pod and the team has one link to work from.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

We work with a lot of files and documents so wish it could be a bit sleek in how the File Upload widget looks. So, file reordering in this widget as well as the Attachment widget would be nice. If the resources can be categorized based on file types that would be good too.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Trumpet, sharing content with designers, stakeholders, or project leads involved a mix of Google Drive folders, Slack threads, and endless revision emails. It was easy for people to miss the most recent version or lose track of which document was final.

With Trumpet, I just build a Pod for each campaign or content project. It includes the brief, working drafts, tone references, and final copy - all in one link. Everyone sees the same version, and I get notified when someone views it or interacts with a file.

It’s helped reduce friction between teams, speed up approvals, and make content collaboration much more transparent. Trumpet has made my copywriting workflow smoother and more controlled without adding complexity.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love to hear that it's helping with internal collaboration!

Thanks also for the feedback regarding uploading files to pods, we will take this into consideration for further enhancements.

Great to have you in the band 🎺

 ### 38. Efficient client deliveries and relationships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I love how Trumpet Pods allow me to keep both operational and client-facing information in one place. I can store delivery schedules, shipment updates, invoices, and also client-specific notes or preferences—so I have the full picture whenever I interact with them.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

For accounts with multiple ongoing deliveries, I’d like an easier way to group related Pods - actually an improved Mutual Action Plan dashboard that will allow sorting of tasks by due dates or accounts will allow us to effectively prioritize ongoing tasks with clients.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Trumpet, client delivery details were split between internal systems, email threads, and spreadsheets. If a client called asking for an update, I’d have to check three or four places before giving them an answer.

Now, I set up a Pod for each client order or ongoing contract. It contains the delivery plan, status updates, contact details, payment documents, and any special handling instructions. Clients get a single link and can check their delivery progress anytime - plus I can see if they’ve actually viewed the latest info.

This has made client communication smoother, reduced back-and-forth, and helped me build trust by always having accurate, up-to-date information at my fingertips. Trumpet makes it easy to manage both the logistics side and the client relationship in one workflow.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping you to have a full picture of customers 🙌

Thanks also for your feedback regarding mutual action plan dashboard. We are continuously improving all areas of the platform so watch this space for further enhancements soon!

Thanks for being in the band 🎺

 ### 39. Seamless requirement handover

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I love how Trumpet Pods act as a single, reliable handover space for customer requirements from our CS or sales teams. Instead of piecing together specs from emails, calls, and ticket comments, I get one Pod with all the context - requirements, diagrams, agreed timelines, and client notes.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I wish there was a way to link Pods together for related customer projects - so we could easily navigate between phases or parallel workstreams. I can see we can embed pods within pods, just looking for a way in the library for a visual element that identifies linked pods, and also retire obsolete ones.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, customer requirement handovers from CS or sales were fragmented. I’d get a mix of Slack messages, Google Docs, and attachments - sometimes without enough context, sometimes with outdated specs. It made it harder to move from customer agreement to actual implementation without extra clarification calls.

Now, I receive a single Pod per customer project. It contains every detail agreed on with the client, the necessary technical context, and any reference material. If something changes, sales or CS update it in the same Pod, so I always know I’m looking at the latest version.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that pods are serving as a reliable handover space for post Sales team!

Thanks also for your feedback regarding linking pods - we are continuously working on enhancing the user experience, so thank you for your suggestions on this point. We build trumpet with our customers, so keep the feedback coming!

Thanks for being in the band 🎺

 ### 40. Streamlining team coordination

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I really value how Trumpet Pods bring together all campaign-related assets, timelines, and updates into one central hub. Instead of jumping between different tools for briefs, designs, and reports, I have a single link that keeps the team aligned.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It would be great to have a button on the edit mode that will let me send a notification for only a particular update I've made, right now having to go into live and leave a comment can be tedious especially when managing projects at scale.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, coordinating campaign operations meant using a patchwork of tools - Drive for files, Slack for updates, and email for approvals. It was too easy for information to get lost or for someone to work off the wrong version.

Now, each project or campaign gets its own Pod. Inside are the creative briefs, timelines, asset folders, reference materials, and client-approved content. The team always knows where to find the latest version, and I can track who’s keeping up with updates.

It’s made operations smoother, reduced errors from version mismatches, and sped up decision-making. For me, Trumpet isn’t just a file storage tool - it’s a live, shared workspace that keeps marketing projects moving efficiently from start to finish.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping you with version control and managing updates in one live, shareable workspace.

Thanks also for the feedback regarding notifications on pod edits. We're continuously working on the user experience so your feedback on this point is much welcomed here and we will take it into consideration for further improvements.

Thanks for being in the band 🎺

 ### 41. Sales game-changer. Aligned projects, more sales and quicker cycles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamie F. | Account Executive, Human Resources, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Our sales cycles have historically been longer than average, as our product has to align with so many different stakeholders. Using trumpet has allowed us to keep everyone aligned and engage with stakeholders that we weren't previously getting access to. We couldn't recommend trumpet more!

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

The strength of trumpet's flexibility might also be a weakness for new users. The platform is very easy to use, but making sure every rep feels comfortable using approved templates and knows how to customise them is something to be aware of. That's not a knock on the functionality, it's more about managing how your team uses it.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet has helped centralise our sales activities, given us insight into who is actually engaged with the sale and provided analytics to avoid wasting time on phantom projects, where we're hearing the right things on calls from an influencer but there's no real weight to the project.

 ### 42. Smoother project handovers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

What I really like is how Trumpet Pods simplify the entire handover process when a project closes. Instead of piecing together files from emails, Slack threads, or shared drives, sales just sends me a Pod link with everything neatly organized.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

There’s no built-in way to tag or categorize resources within a single Pod—if there are many files, I still have to scroll through everything.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Trumpet, receiving project resources from sales was messy. Files came in piecemeal, sometimes missing context, and it was easy to lose track of which version was final.

With Trumpet, the sales team now hands off everything through a single Pod. I get a full package—agreements, scope documents, client-provided assets, and any notes—without having to ask for missing pieces. Everything is in one spot, and always up to date.

This means I can start work faster, with less back-and-forth, and focus on development instead of hunting for information. For me, it’s made post-sales handovers smoother, cleaner, and far more efficient.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping to simplify the handover process for you and time saving so that you can focus on the important stuff!

Thanks also for your feedback regarding tagging and categorising resources within a pod - so I can best help here, I'd love to find out more about this requirement. Please email vicki@sendtrumpet.com and let's chat.

Thanks for being in the band! 🎺

 ### 43. Streamlined design handoffs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

For our design team, Trumpet Pods have made receiving handovers from sales incredibly smooth. Instead of scattered files and unclear briefs, we get a single Pod with all the project details, client assets, and references we need to start designing.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Sometimes we’d like better structure for complex handovers—folders or sections that separate assets, references, and final files would make it even easier to navigate.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Trumpet, sales-to-design handovers were messy—assets arrived in multiple emails, specs were buried in chats, and we often had to chase sales for missing details. It wasted time and created confusion.

With Trumpet, the sales team shares a single Pod for each website project. It holds everything—client branding files, content references, finalized scope, and any extra notes. We have one place to look, no guesswork, and no version conflicts.

This has cut down our prep time significantly and lets us focus on what we do best—designing the right collaterals for the website. It keeps everyone aligned and speeds up delivery, making our collaboration with sales seamless.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's helping the post Sales handover and enhancing your collaboration with Sales.

Thanks also for the feedback regarding asset structure - exciting things to come shortly in our platform on this, so watch this space! The CS team is on hand via the in-app live chat too for further information, or email vicki@sendtrumpet.com.

Thanks for being int the band 🎺

 ### 44. Easy Pod Creation That Helps Engage C-Level Prospects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Easy to use and create pods & engage c-level prospects

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Nothing at all - would recommend to everyone

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting deals multi threaded

 ### 45. A must-have for sales teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ed P. | Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The insights you get from buyers engaging with your proposals. It is so incredibly helpful to know a) if a buyer has even looked at what you sent following a discovery call / demo, and b) which things pique their interest the most. This has helped not only with forecasting deals, but also in informing my next move.

We previously sent multiple links or long presentation decks which we didn't know if they got read. Now we can consolidate everything into one link, with multiple tabs, knowing which tabs/widgets are getting the most engagement.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

Genuinely nothing. The team is great, the support is great, the product is great.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously sent multiple links and long emails after discovery calls/demos. Now we can send short snappy emails with one link. So much better for engagement and ease of use for the buyer.

We previously had no insights on whether proposals were being looked at or who was looking at them. Now we can see exactly when they look at our proposals, how long they look at them for, and who is looking. Especially useful to see if there are stakeholders we didn't know about or who weren't mentioned in the discovery call who then go on to look through the Trumpet link.

This helps with multi-threading, forecasting, and has improved conversion.

Average deal size has increased 1.2x post trumpet.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hi Ed, thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet and the support. We love to hear that your average deal size, conversion and multithreading have all increased! Long may it continue!

Thanks for being a fab band member 🎺

 ### 46. Fantastic tool for collaboration with clients and forecasting deal likelihood

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dimana Sofia D. | Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet offers a great user experience for both clients and users, making it easy to collaborate effectively with clients. It’s super intuitive and easy to learn, so you can get started quickly without much of a learning curve. One of the standout features is the engagement score, which is a great predictor of deal-closing likelihood and helps prioritize efforts. Additionally, it saves a lot of time on follow-up emails, streamlining communication and keeping everything organized and in one place.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

It would be incredibly helpful to have the ability to copy widgets between different Trumpet rooms, especially as the number of rooms and versions grows. While the ability to save a tab is a step in the right direction, having a feature to update all widgets across rooms with one click (when a base or template widget is updated) would be a game-changer for efficiency and consistency.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Trumpet centralizes client communication, eliminating scattered follow-ups and saving time. The engagement score helps prioritize deals likely to close, improving efficiency and organization while strengthening client relationships.

 ### 47. Streamlined Customer Engagement, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan F.

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I appreciate Trumpet’s depth of functionality, which makes it more purpose-built than LinkedIn’s tools. It effectively centralizes customer communication and lets us track user engagements, significantly boosting our conversion rates. The ability to leverage templates speeds up our follow-up processes while maintaining quality. The setup, despite initial challenges, becomes manageable and efficient with pre-built templates. Trumpet became a critical part of our sales process rapidly due to its ease of use and value to our customers. Additionally, the supportive sales enablement team and useful instructional videos were quite beneficial during the setup phase.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I encountered some teething issues initially while getting used to setting up trumpet. Building out the front pages and leveraging the widgets required some adjustment and getting accustomed to. Another challenge is the lack of integration with other tools like Salesforce, which makes it difficult for me, as a leader, to track communications sellers have with their prospects in Trumpet. Communication is not recorded or stored within Trumpet, and I have to rely on direct communication with sellers to get this information.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product centralizes communication, tracks user engagement, increases conversion rates, and identifies new buyer personas, enhancing our sales process significantly.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

 ### 48. The Best Collaborative Sales Tool I've Ever Used

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

The most important thing for me is to make my buyer's live's easier. Rather than scrolling through their inbox they can go to one place, which is the pod, an incredibly customizable a microsite, and deliver all information they are looking for. This can be developed and grow as I move along the sales cycle, involve further stakeholders and even for setting time specific tasks for everything from building actionable and measurable pilots, working through legal and info/sec to creating the closing plan.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

I am yet to discover anything which I dislike.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating decks specific to buyers pain points, needs and company specifics can take a while when you have to do it for each buyer, even when you have a template. Trumpet fixes this and more. You can see who enters the space, when, what they view, and gives customers an easy way of contacting me with further questions.

 ### 49. Practical Tool for Personalizing Content, but Can Require Manual Maintenance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

Trumpet has been a useful addition to our marketing toolkit. Its digital sales rooms make it easier to personalize content for different buyers, which has helped improve engagement in some of our campaigns. The analytics are helpful for seeing what content gets the most attention, and having everything available for collaboration with sales and customer teams a bit smoother. There was a bit of a learning curve at first, but overall, Trumpet has made it easier to manage and share our marketing materials and has saved us some time on repetitive tasks. It’s not perfect, but it’s made a positive difference in how we run our go-to-market programs.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

One thing to note about Trumpet is the distributed nature of its content management. While it’s helpful to have digital sales rooms tailored to each prospect, it can sometimes be challenging to keep track of all the different versions and updates, especially as more team members start using the platform. There’s a risk of content becoming fragmented or outdated if not managed carefully, since assets can end up spread across multiple rooms rather than centralized in a single source of truth.

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Trumpet, we can now create personalized digital experiences for different buyer segments, which has made our campaigns feel much more targeted and professional. The platform’s analytics help us understand exactly what content is driving interest, so we can refine our messaging and focus our efforts where they’ll have the most impact.

**Official Response from Vicki Threadgold:**

> Hello and thanks for sharing your positive experience of trumpet. We love that it's had a positive impact on your GTM programmes through the personalised experiences and analytics!

Thanks also for your feedback regarding content management. I'd love to share more info about how teams like yourselves manage this in trumpet and the options available to you in terms of tracking different versions and pushing updates, along with what's to come shortly in this area of the platform. Please email vicki@sendtrumpet.com and let's chat.

Thanks so much again and thanks for being a fab band member 🎺

 ### 50. Best digital sales room on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Donal T. | Enterprise Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2025

**What do you like best about trumpet?**

I've used trumpet for sales in two different companies (SMB and ENT sales). Its an absolute game changer. It helps me stand out from the crowd by letting me create super polished, personalised digital sales rooms that look way more professional than just sending a deck or a bunch of links. I love how easy it is to build repeatable processes, once I've set up a pod, I can duplicate and tweak it in seconds. The mutual action plans are a huge plus too - its a lot easier in a deal review to tell my manager which customer are and are not engaging with them. Massively boosts my forecasting accuracy. The async chat is super handy for keeping deals warm, right now in ENT sales I have often multiple contacts in same company within different time zones. They've also got seriously good customer support who seriously go the extra mile to make sure you're getting results.

**What do you dislike about trumpet?**

These are probably "nice to have" problems but for me notification fatigue can be an issue. I use trumpet on all my deals and I've got Slack, email and my CRM pinging around the clock based on activity (I know I can switch them off/reduce notifications but in reality I do want to see them).

The other thing is maybe overwhelm at the amount of customisation. The team at trumpet make it really easy to get going with templates and stuff but its difficult to resist wanting to play with all the features and customisation options.

Conscious these are very "first world problems"

**What problems is trumpet solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm in Enterprise Sales selling to both existing and new business customers. I use trumpet in two main ways.

First I use it to create mini customer portals for existing clients. It's a great way to show them the value they're getting. I share what features they’re using, highlight quick wins, answer FAQs and offer ideas for how we can support them further. It’s definitely helped drive upsell and cross sell pipeline by helping me come across as a trusted advisor and weaving a POV into a customer success environment.

Second for deal management it helps me stay aligned with prospects and figure out how committed they are. The mutual action plans make it easy to map out the sales process alongside their buying process. It keeps everyone on the same page and lets me constantly reinforce the problems we’re solving. I’ve found it especially helpful for enabling champions internally – they can loop in colleagues, ask questions, and access everything they need without having to jump on another call.
