The simplistic of the user interface and the ability to get to where I need without trying to remember or work around bugs is refreshing. It just works, and does what it needs to do. I had tried another company, but I think they are too Quick to release their software, and it has become too complicated. I like the efficiency of Kashoo in making my life easy. We still use FreshBooks for the actual project timesheet and invoice creation and submission to clients. The ability for customers to access and track their invoices works well with FreshBooks. Kashoo is very intuitive and easy to use even if you do not have any accounting experience. And if there is new challenge, the FAQ and support team provide the understanding I need. It is very limited in its integrations with other similar tool, which makes its less effective in terms of diversity and due to this issue we have faced many issues. Phone app does not work for multicurrency accounts. The bank accounts that I have do not link to their system so I have to upload expenses.
