Our company has recently been struggling with ASC 842 compliance due to the sheer size of our business. Lots of pressure from top management came down on my head, and as we were starting from close to scratch, I was faced with an unrealistic timeline to implement. I was recommended Trullion by a friend, and I can confidently say we owe our ASC 842 compliance wholeheartedly to Trullion. If you have contracts in a language that is not English, you may have issues as I believe the OCR only supports the English language. I think this can be bypassed if you translate the leases to English, but that takes some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The onboarding for Trullion takes less than a week. It's also fairly intuitive and within a couple of hours you are able to get the hang of the functionality. For those looking for a great product to help you manage your lease accounting workflows and reporting, I can recommend Trullion. We have been working on becoming ASC 842 compliant for a few months now and found it to be unrealistic and quite complex to manage our leases on Excel. From the initial demo call to the onboarding and implementation, we have been very happy with the system. It's super simple to import contracts into Trullion which is my major issue with their competitors. We manage a bunch of existing leases, and migrating onto Trulion was a piece of cake. It's also really easy to onboarding new leases which is great as the post pandemic boom has increased our lease count in a major way. The other major benefit of using Trullion is the audit function.
