Uploading contracts in Trullion both as individual contracts as well as a batch upload is very easy. The interface is clean and easy to follow without so much noise. As the software evolves, there will inevitably be bugs. It would be helpful for users to know what these bugs are to flag them if we are needing those functionalities in our lease abstraction. The simplicity of it, I can get what I need out of the system without having to jump through a bunch of extra hoops or not understand what the system is doing. Some features in Trullion aren't available yet, but they look available. We weren't told about these until I asked a question and it came up the feature doesn't work yet. If the question hadn't been asked I'm not sure we would have been told that it wasn't working even though it looked available. This led us to ask about other features that may be the same way. There was an instance of a very large population (10,000+) that took a while to populate reports but after bringing it to their attention, Trullion is working with that company to improve the speed of the reports.
