The user interface is the best in class since it's been designed using the most modern technology with the end-user experience in mind. The customer support is comprehensive and in my experience they are very responsive and client-centric. Final note is the use of OCR to read the contracts and abstract the data removes a cumbersome step in the abstraction process which increases accuracy and decreases the time it takes to gather data. I have found Trullion to be an incredibly customer-friendly company. We liked the fact that Trullion was easy to learn and easy to implement. Sara Friedman from Trullion was incredible to work with. She was able to answer all our questions about how to handle leases in Trullion and was very knowledgeable about ASC 840 and ASC 842. We also like the fact that leases can be entered manually or uploaded via PDF's or templates giving the user options. The tool calculates all adoption and all monthly lease entries, which was very important to us. Subleases can be handled through Trullion, which was also important to us.
