Somehow manual intervention will not required much. Generates a super cool control system and there customer support was more than upto the mark. **What do you dislike about TrueSight Automation for Networks?** There is no automation which is perfect , few drawbacks are bugs , limitations ,abnormalities in behavious,slowness will come in between on work, **What problems is TrueSight Automation for Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Used this to automate the large network maintaince activities to reduce the human interaction much. Used this to generates the alerts if any issue came across the network , managing operations. But it really makes the work easy. ### 2. Network is very vast and dynamic. We can perform work flow automation directly and multiple tools integration which is very easy to achieve workflow automation. Scheduling is also easy. **What do you dislike about TrueSight Automation for Networks?** No proper training materials and mentors. Multiple scheduling. Need to include more inbuilt modules which will reduce scripting dependency. Lack of proper status log. Ex:- what is the reason for failure and cannot find the server status from tool. **Recommendations to others considering TrueSight Automation for Networks:** Currently, tool needs a lot of improvement interms of plugins, inbuilt objects related to os, tool, networks ..etc ... Due to above reasons I will not directly full-fledged recommend this tool. But, tool has improved a lot in recent updates. It can even go to higher levels to the application layer and do automation on servers that were not expected. compared to other solutions, TrueSight is not complex at all **What do you dislike about TrueSight Automation for Networks?** Better visualization is needed to get the big picture view of the topology، status, and alarms. Plus, better documentation and online tutorials to make the users gain the required knowledge to use the tool efficiently. **What problems is TrueSight Automation for Networks solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating server tasks whether it is IT related operation or security related.
