What do you like best about TrueOps FBA Refunds?

In TrueOps seems to be the newest built and most streamlined in terms of workflows and UX of the Amazon reimbursement providers. Additionally, our previous provider didn't have any automated recovery flow built in for transfers from AWD into FBA so we had to create a manual workflow to follow-up with there team. TrueOps has this fully automated and it's been a huge time savings plus a reduction in the work we need to do each week.

They also have the lowest fees, 10% of the cash recovered versus 25% from our previous provider and if a recovery is "overturned" by Amazon, they credit your account with what you were chaged. Other providers don't credit you back for overturned reimbursements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueOps FBA Refunds?

Once all of the documentation is submitted, reimbursements workflows are ocurring but it's not always clear exactly what is happening. We monitor and want our inbound FBA shipments reconciled, but we'll have documentation submitted and it will be in the Documentation Ready queue for quite a while before moving to "In Progress". It's not clear if this is waiting on Amazon or another workflow on their side but it would be nice to know the exactly progress in terms of working on the recovery flow with Amazon. What do you like best about TrueOps FBA Refunds?

TruOps has been an absolute game-changer for my Amazon business. They consistently catch lost or damaged inventory issues I never would’ve spotted on my own, and they make the entire reimbursement process effortless. Their alerts, tracking, and follow-through save me time every single week, and the money they recover more than pays for the service.

What do you like best about TrueOps FBA Refunds?

Oh gosh we have been with Seller Investigators for years and they drove me nuts with how much they harassed me. Phone calls, emails, texts to get me to approve of shipments. I blocked their calls and they found new numbers to call. I didnt want to approve of every shipment as we do some refunds in house when we can manage, but they didnt understand that concept. We switched to Trueops and it has been just such a delight. For starters, they dont harass me. We get weekly emails for outstanding shipments, thats it. They are also quite thorough, I dont know how they do it but they were able to find thousands for us in shipments that were ALREADY refunded. They leave detailed notes on shipments they have issues with. They have an option as soon as you sign up to pick what level we want them on (immediatly file or delay filing in case we want to try), I am almost cried seeing that. The support has been top notch and I think domestic. So pleased Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
