The user interface is simple, and we never find ourselves wondering where something is or should be. The UGC studio is also a favorite feature of ours. TINT's team is extremely helpful and responsive, and if they don't have an answer they find someone who does without hesitation. The onboarding process was perfectly oriented, allowing us to learn about the product and meet the TINT team along the way. **What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?** Not necessarily gripes with the platform, but there are a few features our team would like to see added. such as being able to restrict the word count shown of an Instagram post on a website. While this can be done via CSS, it would be a nice feature to have to cut down on time spent. The web embeds and the feed on site make UGC creators feel validated and tap into the "celebrity" factor of UGC contests. Fans love to see themselves on the site! As a result, we have seen an increase in UGC submissions during campaigns. TINT's design customization features made it easy to match TINT feeds to landing pages, campaign look and feel, and client branding. The extensive options also left a lot of room for creative interpretation which improved the quality of our campaigns. **What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?** I did not make full use of the linked/tagged content features. The feature wasn't a great user experience when trying to tag products in photos in order to make them shoppable. But their online chat support has more than made up for the documentation issues. **Recommendations to others considering TrueLoyal:** Definitely try them out. Emails can be customized to the customer to notify them about available rewards, and encourage them to visit the website more often. The price is very competitive for the industry. **What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?** It has an outdated look on the backend and through email. It requires advanced developer assistance to stylize, which we do not have access to as a small company. It does not have the look and feel of a 2019 website, but at a reduced price, this is worth it. **Recommendations to others considering TrueLoyal:** Consider what rewards would make your customers respond the most. Our entry-level rewards are used most often. **What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?** The rewards program gave customers incentives to make a first purchase, a larger purchase, and additional purchases that they otherwise would not have done. We have seen increased sales and more repeat customers. Customers will "chase" rewards by saving them through multiple purchases, or by adding more to their cart. We have a general content feed that we are able to style into our mobile application, on the homepage of our website and on digital signage and displays across campus. The filtering feature is a close second - because we're a college campus, there are hundreds of posts using our hashtags and location tags from spam users, local business, clubs etc. Being able to filter out that conte to approve only legitimate and useful content is helpful. Finally, the ability to use their simple mobile app to approve content on the go (like at a live event) makes a huge difference for us to get content up live on display boards quickly and easily. **What do you dislike about TrueLoyal?** The extra features come at a cost, which my department's budget can't always accommodate. I would like a few more styling options in the display mode, which would allow us to get a little closer to our branding with fonts and style. Honestly, there is very little to dislike about this product. The customer service is excellent and we are very happy with it. **What problems is TrueLoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted a way to share our wealth of user-generated content in order to build our brand and better recruit students and faculty, as well as to build up a donor base that is excited about what we offer.
