1. Prompt response to any query or feedback

2. Excellent team that churns out feature updates in minimum TAT.

3. Follow-ups on new features and updates and readiness to fix breakpoints in minimal time.

4. User-friendly dashboard, which is intuitive and complimented by the comprehensive documentation.

"Helped us get models into production FAST"

What do you like best about TrueFoundry?

TrueFoundry helped us test several different open source models, and even helped us find an embedding model that works much better than openAI (for our needs). They handled all the

infrastructure for it automatically.

TrueFoundry also automates Autoscaling and Infrastructure orchestration to host our model. We don't even have to think about it. There was a small hiccup when we launched last year, and they were on it and fixed it ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueFoundry?

What do you like best about TrueFoundry?

- Multicloud: can easily manage multicloud deployments with a super easy to use interface. This really cut a lot of development/devops time.

- LLM use case: can easily create/manage LLM endpoints based on open source models or finetuned models with ease. Performance is top notch without much manual setup.

What do you dislike about TrueFoundry?

What problems is TrueFoundry solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using embedding solution for our RAG modules from TrueFoundry. We wanted a embedding solution that would be fast with support for handling multiple chunks of data at a time to reduce network overhead and speed up the embedding process.
