**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

TrueDialog is most helpful for its ease of use and implementation. What I like best about TrueDialog is the ability to send bulk messages and have personalized conversations - this has been great for our company! It also integrates well with our CRM and email. The pre-built templates are also great and have helped save time.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I have not experienced a downside of using TrueDialog, as it has only proven to be helpful for our company. There is a bit of a learning curve for new users, but that is to be expected of most new things.

TrueDialog has helped to improve communication with customers since we're conveniently able to reach them right away.

We had some issues with the integration with HubSpot, the texts were going out in different hours than originally planned.

Automated text reminders going out to clients or possible clients. Benefited our onboarding rates.

I would say the authenticator process made it a little difficult other than that. No issues

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

This app is great for faculty to communicate, not only with each other, but with students as well. As faculty, having hundreds of students every semester, it can be overwhelming to give out our personal numbers. TrueDialog allows for one phone number, that I can text and call with. I know the texts are from students because that is the number being used and I'm able to respond in real-time through the app, even on my own phone. It's incredibly user-friendly and makes it easier to respond to students, while still being able to "sign out" after work.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

It can be confusing for the people you're texting since you might not always respond right away if you're not in the app.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making it way easier to send mass text messages with important class information to entire classes.

It is convenient to text and reaches people for the most part.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I really appreciate the platform overall, but I do wish there was a way to send a text to an individual person and reply just to them, rather than having it go out to everyone in the group thread. This has created some confusion when trying to engage with specific students.

It would also be extremely helpful if, when viewing or messaging a student, you could easily see their demographic information, program of study, and full name (first and last) without needing to switch tabs or dig through separate systems. That would make outreach much more efficient and personalized.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

I’ve been using TrueDialog for a while now, and overall, it’s a solid SMS platform. It’s pretty easy to use the interface, is clean, and getting started doesn’t take much time. Setting it up was straightforward too, which I appreciated. I use it a few times a week, mainly for bulk messaging and customer alerts, and it’s been reliable.  We integrated it easily into our in-house tools, which made adoption smooth.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

it feels a bit outdated compared to newer tools. And while it works well for what we need, it might not be the best fit for teams looking for deep customization or analytics. Still, for straightforward, large-scale texting, it gets the job done.

This platform is user-friendly, and whenever issues come up, we receive excellent customer support. I use it every day to connect with students and graduates at my school. Learning how to use it was straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I am unable to send text messages to recipients who use T-Mobile as their provider.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool helps me stay connected with my students and graduates by allowing me to text them easily. I appreciate being able to reach out through various channels—calling, emailing, and with True Dialogue, texting becomes straightforward and convenient.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

It is early in our relationship but so far things could not have gone smoother!  I have spent the last 6 months submitting 10DLC campaigns with 3 different providers.  I would submit them and sure enough, they would get denied.  I have made so many changes to my website that I have lost count and it is propabaly a good thing because each of those changes cost me money.  I signed up with TrueDialog and to submit the campaign, I had Elias on a screenshare so that he could walk me through things.  8 days later and I am fully approved!  Cole was the sales guy who brought me onboard and Elias has brought me to the promised land!  I have had the pleasure of speaking to 4 different people with TrueDialog and each of them have stood out as being more of a partner than a sales person.  They have asked what I am wanting to accomplish and have told me what they can and cannot do.

I am only disspointed that I didnt find them sooner and I wouldnt have wasted 6 months of my life with these other providers trying to get through the 10DLC nonsense!

If you use Hubspot, TrueDialog is a must!  It allows you to do drip campaigns and sequences in HubSpot via texting.  Basically anything you can do via email, you can now do via texting!

The most helpful thing about TrueDialog is communicating with residents, a lot of the time resdients don't check their emails so this is a great tool to use to make sure they are staying up to date on important projects within the community.

I dislike the number of characters that it allows for each message because I write a lot of information, however, I have found a lot of work arounds.

I personally find the platform to be cluttered and can become jammed. Like an influx of messages can send or come in sporadically.

I've been using TrueDialog for SMS communications, and overall, it’s been a solid platform with a strong set of really useful features. The standout feature for me has been the ability to easily add and manage my contacts, which helps me provide a consistent customer experience to my clients.

It’s not the flashiest platform, but it gets the job done efficiently and securely.

UI/UX can definitely use some improvement.

The text campaign function is very helpful. It's super easy to use and it allows us to push messages through to specific groups of students. We use this service daily and I cannot imagine how we would function without it.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

One thing I would change is how new messages appear in the Communications Hub. New incoming messages tend to get a little lost as outgoing messages jump to the top of the feed.

TrueDialog is an excellent tool for communicating with students, whether one-on-one or in groups. It is especially useful for providing students with updates on their status and for sharing important information with large groups, such as details about an upcoming Open House or Orientation.

I can add contacts very easily. Notifications are up to the mark, and media sharing has been very comfortable. I use it daily for my work, and if I don't have it open, I get an email so that I don't miss anything.

I can't hyperlink stuff. And there is a limit on media upload, that can be increased.

I can use a US number for texting while not owning it. It has helped me a lot for my work from home setup.

What I like best about TrueDialog is how easy it makes texting at scale without losing that personal touch. It's accessible and helps me keep track of all my clients

There is no option to make a group chat.

It makes it easy to get in touch with my client and to help me add a personal touch. It has an option for preset replied that I can save for future, which helps me save up on time.

Really nothing to dislike so far. Mostly upsides from my experience.

Its easy to use and quick in terms of communications. I can use it from anywhere, it can be integrated into multiple platforms so helps to track my outreaches and follow ups.

I just don't like the fact that I can only send a lot of images together and sometimes the images or media I share doesn't get deliver.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

The most important thing to me is being able to send the message quickly. Being able to set up templates really helps and the messages being pushed promptly is excellent. Reception from the residence has been overall very positive. Especially when we’re making them aware of water shut offs or road closures.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

The limited number of characters could be an issue if you had to give a lot of instruction. Our workaround is that we let them know there is also an email coming for them to review.

I like it's very accessible and also really easy to manage. When the app is not open, we get a notification on our emails, which is also very helpful.

Texts are easy to find, contacts are easy to keep updated.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I share a contact list with three colleagues. I see all messages they and I received from an individual. I do not have a way to know for sure if it was sent to me or them. There is also no IOS app, which makes it incredibly difficult to use the texting service on my cell phone. That was the best part about the previous texting software we used here, and now we don't have that. Also, updating texting lists is very tedious and frustrating because of having to re-import entire spreadsheets every time there is an update.

It allows me to text students. That's about it

While TruDialog gives the best service, at times during peak hours a delay is observed which with integrated technologies will make a difference.

Biggest problem was one on one messaging- which has been eliminated, by Trudialog- I have the most reliable bulk messaging option which doesn't make me ponder on a task for the full day manually.

TruDialog is very easy to use and you have all the information you need at the tip of your fingers. Their customer support was also very helpful.

Sending bulk emails was hard to do. There were too many steps to follow and I had to create a step by step guide.

**What do you like best about TrueDialog?**

I found TrueDialog to be genuinely concerned about our ability to do our job well while using their product.  If we had any issues with texting, getting reports, etc., they were always very willing to help us figure out the issue and get it resolved.  It was like the old Vidal Sassoon commercial -- If you don't look good, we don't look good.

**What do you dislike about TrueDialog?**

I honestly can't think of anything that was lacking with TrueDialog -- in their product or their support.  The only thing that we couldn't accomplish very well was a deficit in the software that was interfacing with TrueDialog.  The software didn't allow the use of most emojis or other graphical items.  TrueDialog did allow the use of those with their standard interface, but we were using it via a 3rd party plug-in, so there wasn't anything that could be done.

**What problems is TrueDialog solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TrueDialog was able to interface with Microsoft CRM seamlessly and allow the users to quickly send text messages without having to go to another interface.  It also allowed me to administer things on the "back end" easily, as well as have a backup administrator that could have their own login.  Previous software that we had tried had a single administrative login, which was not best practise nor very secure.

TrueDialog makes it easy to send mass texts and keep records of who received the text.  The most important feature for us is that it sends an opt-in for text.  We do not want to be messaging someone that does not want to be contacted.  They also offer strong constumer support and easy implementation.

They interface is not intuitive but it is fairly easy to learn.

In order to be in complaince with local laws, we need to avoid spamming.  TrueDialog has a very easy and well developed opt-in process.
