There's no way to start a form on one device, and pick it up on another device. I have to transfer the form to a coworker, transfer it back, and open it on a different device.

Certain features with the form itself are lacking. For example, I dislike that there's no way to have a multiple choice option for media fields. I've experienced some glitches on the website that occasionally log me out of the app. To resolve this, I typically have to restart my browser or update my account password. While TrueContext is an excellent tool, it has its limitations.

Some examples are:

Size limit for uploading pictures to inspection reports is 20MB, which is way too low for a full report including supporting pictures.

Another inconvenience is the inability to link external documents to forms, e.g. drawings etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
