One of the bests attributes I like about TrueCommerce EDI is the customer service. They are "johnny-on-the-spot" with quick responses and solutions. They care about "me" and they provide quick solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation process of on boarding the software was exceptional and we appreciated the help and service while transitioning from our old software. The implementation team was always there to help and walk us through the process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that everything is in categories. You can filter pretty much anything and be able to find anything you need. It is set up very simple so It is easy to navigate through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not like that it can take more than 1 or 2 tried to Export all the orders I need. On Monday mornings, when we are the busiest, I may have almost 200 orders and it take so long to get them to export and at least 5 tries to get them to all go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up trading partner could be grueling and very time consuming.

The ease to process multiple orders at one time, especially during Holiday season when we have hundreds of orders. The support team has always helped when needed. During initial setup, we ran into some issues sharing web services, but the team found a way to work around it. Moreover, the ongoing support team never fails to help point out where the communication problem occurs. Lastly, the integration team made working with other EDI partners a breeze. Biggest pain point I see occurs when entering large orders. My users have to enter each field individually and can get tedious for orders numbering over 10 lines. I do have to note that we have not looked into importing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
