What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

Transaction Manager, which is were you can manage your EDI setup and documents, is easy to use and intuitive. Cloud based which is a huge plus for us. Assigned an implementation specialist when you start testing with a trading partner. Specialists are usually very good and help get testing done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

A lot of different configuration settings to remember. Would be nice if they sent out a checklist for when setting up a trading partner. Also, there is not a great knowledge base or documentation available. You can view training but sometimes it is just nice to review documentation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering TrueCommerce EDI:

If you are doing basic vanilla EDI then TrueCommerce is great and I would definitely recommend them to you. If your business needs anything that is not 'standard' and they want you to pay for enhancements keep in mind what you paid for can break and there will not be any expediency in fixing. Manage EDI in the cloud without any of our own internal hardware. We have all of our services in the cloud so TrueCommerce has been a good solution for us. Getting EDI data in and out of NetSuite ERP system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only dislike is that sometimes it can take a day for an

IT issue to be solved or that sometimes you do not have actual live people at different time zones .Being in California if we do not call at the right time we get a recording ticket # and call in a day or two that is the only think I feel you improve on is also meeting the different time zones so we live people Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
