cost is hard to understand for someone who's not really techie. sometimes it is very slow. network connect is slow. hope it can be faster to safe us time waiting. The ability to automate and batch orders helps during peak times, though it doesn't seem to scale linearly with order amount Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Internet Browser compatibility, sometimes it randomly breaks on Chrome, requiring users to upload files on Internet Explorer or Firefox, which is a bit of a headache when it hits out of the blue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Honestly the customer service has been beyond impeccable. As a new user they have helped me with all my trivial newbie questions and not with a condescending attitude, they really seemed like they cared about making sure the issue was resolved. Which they were. and they were there when I called which helps a lot too. The Foundry software is intuitive. I can work and update bulk orders and single items. They have integration tools for Quickbooks and i an just load and unload my orders and invoices easily. They are pretty great for making this task easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It doesn't seem to be working with Mozilla Foxfire anymore. I prefer this browser because chrome is so RAM intensive. I truly despise Chrome as a browser. I wish they would just fix that issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We utilize the core functions of TruCommerce EDI to send and receive invoices, pack slips, etc. in the form of EDI. EDI is inherently more accurate than manual processing and TrueCommerce accomplishes its main functionality well. We do enjoy the ability to create folders and organize our data dna exchanges in that manner, however, there is little else that I like about the platform as it relates to the user friendliness. I find TrueCommerce EDI to be very clunky and not very user friendly. I find myself have to click excessively to get what I need and there are many repetitive tasks that I perform in the system that could be easily optimized. The search tool is also not intuitive, making it unclear what needs to be done to execute a search and performing slowly when you do search. Sometimes we receive a transmission that comes through in several lines. Unfortunately there is a limit to the number of lines that you can view on a particular page. This makes it difficult for us to mass download and creates inefficiencies. We also need to download the raw EDI data from each of the pack lists that we receive. We use this data to execute an invoice in our ERP system. Currently, you can only download the raw EDI date from one pack list at a time, so if we receive 50 pack lists on a shipment (which happens because we ship to big retailers, multiple distribution centers) we have to painstakingly go in and dowload each individually. TrueCommerce makes EDI easy for beginners. They hold your hand throughout the whole process and help you understand how everything works. They have great customer service and great account managers that are always here to help.
Every time there is an outage or technical issue they are very good at getting it resolved as soon as possible. They also send emails every time they will not be available due to a holiday so you can prepare and know that they won't be able to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes they can take a little long to get through the testing process when sending up a new connection. Or hard to get them on a conference call as they are so busy. Even though they are helpful their support articles could use some work. I started as a beginner knowing nothing about EDI and their support documents didn't really help out or get as detailed as I would have liked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TrueCommerce EDI reduces data entry errors to almost 0%. It also speed up the ordering process. TrueCommerce EDI removes the hassles of sending orders by email or fax. Outbound transmissions also creates a seamless process of submitting invoices to your customers. TrueCommerce EDI .pdf document download capability is somewhat limited. TrueCommerce EDI allows for downloading transaction by generating a .pdf document. But this process requires a manual operation. Transaction documents such as POs, invoices, can be downloaded as .pdf and allows for submission via email to appropriate personnell if necessary.
