What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

The interface is easy to navigate, the accessibility to log from my computer or smartphone and process transactions, the connectivity with our ERP system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

The "limited" schedule for developers and/or specialist to provide support. No solution to integrate the recording of serialized data in our ERP that doesn't take LONG time to process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When requesting TrueCommerce's services or quoting for services/development, make sure to be clear on all the aspects of the project, from end to end, be clear on what the end result should look like. What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

I can keep track of what transactions were sent and when they were sent. I am told if I made a mistake and can fix it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

It is hard sometimes too hard not to go too fast. I end up getting a Text Message when I send transactions too close together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

The ability to send a PO and an invoice. This completes the process and decreases double entry of data. This omits the room for errors. The accounting department is able to process more invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

The learning curve for the user interface. Once the product is setup, there's not much maintenance needed. I will say that we sometimes run into issues where our unit of measure conversion is different than the vendor. Sometimes we manually have to make adjustments to a PO so it will send. What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

We are a Sage 100 reseller and like the seamless interface with Sage 100 Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

Ability to process our customers' documents via EDI (For many of our customers, this is a requirement)
