What do you like best about TrueCommerce EDI?

The Customer service is fast, accurate and never leaves you without an answer. They have absolutely never left me hanging. Even if it takes a few phone calls, or a live session Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TrueCommerce EDI?

There is so much packed into Foundry, that it can be a little overwhelming at first. once you learn it, it's great. The guided tutorials are also a great resource Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TrueCommerce EDI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We import over 50% of our orders into our ERP System through TrueCommerce, its quick, accurate and easy. We also do over 50% of our invoicing which saves us a bunch of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
