Sometimes workouts replicate randomly. It’s easy to get clients set up. My clients love to new mobile app roll-out as well. **What do you dislike about Xplor TrueCoach?** I wish the was a way to auto populate % off o 1RM, similar to how you could with an Excel spreadsheet.
