"Love Truckstop But Always Room for Growth"
5/5
What do you like best about Truckstop Load Board?

My favorite aspect about Truckstop is how it gives so much data and information to make an informed decision about the best loads to take. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truckstop Load Board?

I wouldn't say I "dislike" anything about it, but I believe there is always room for growth. I understand the need for customer protection, but I think it should be very easy for a person who has already signed in to be able to open up an additional tab "within the same browser" they are already using and bring up an additional Truckstop page. Presently, this is the easiest way to quickly look up another location. For instance, if I want to go from Angola, IN to Racine, WI; one of the things I have to do is check out what freight looks like around Racine, WI. For this reason (before permissions were changed), I would pull up another Truckstop and research Racine, WI on my second tab.

I'm not sure if your team already has a "back up" plan if the site goes down, but this is my biggest concern. Presently, all I use is Truckstop. If it goes down, I'm stuck. If there is not already a plan in place, I think all efforts need to go into creating a back up system that "quickly" and "effectively" can be brought up in place of a downed site. This is especially important as we see more attacks online and with software in the world today. If this is not already fully and confidently addressed, I believe this should be your #1 concern.

Lastly, I think you should update a customer's "Saved" searches. Your standard page gives "everything" a driver could want in a clean concise fashion, and one is able to sort by whatever category he or she wants! It also makes it incredibly easy to compare, as all information is lined up in their given categories. However, when you want to focus (and compare) 3 different loads; it's not the same. Why reinvent the wheel? One should be able to "check" or "select" whichever loads he or she is interested in (simply add an additional column where one can "select" that load), and when ready, click a button that says, "Show Saved Loads" or "Show Selected Loads". When this button is clicked, it only shows the "selected" loads. The current Saved loads just isn't as user friendly when it comes to comparing. Your regular platform provides "everything" and there would be no need to go back and forth for missing information. If possible, ideally it would be the "same" page as your standard load page, but it would only show the loads one selects. Or, if that's to hard, it could bring all the selected loads to the very top so they can be directly next to each other: one, making it easier to compare, and two, having all of the focused loads together, so one doesn't have to scroll up and down through several loads. The more one can accomplish "directly" from that home page, the better. Sometimes it becomes cumbersome when you have to pull different pages up. You guys did a great job with your main home load board page. Just see what you can work with from there. I just thought about this, it would also be nice (if it's possible) to be able to give ranges of what you want to pull up. For instance, I only want to see loads with a RPM of... $2.00 - $3.50; or only loads where the rate is from $600 to $1,000. These would essentially be additional boxes when one initially does a search (when we put in the date, origin, etc.). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Broker friendly Load board that I use DAILY!"
5/5
What do you like best about Truckstop Load Board?

It is super easy to use and navigate. Becasue it's so simple I am able to move fast when putting up new loads. This helps me beat my competition to the market and every second I beat them by is such a HUGE advantage! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truckstop Load Board?

There's nothing I would change about Truckstop. I do wish the market rate insigts would be puiblished on the main "new shipment" page so when you are posting a load you can see the current market rates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Worst Factoring company ever"
0/5
What do you like best about Truckstop Load Board?

Nothing there nothing good about it. The app is constantly glitching and freezes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truckstop Load Board?

When you submit a load, you have to be calling to check the update on it. Because their workers could care less. I have called and literally been put on hold until I get tired of waiting. I have been on a call with them and they hung up on me, without resolving any of the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Non approved brokers are allowed to post loads"
0.5/5
What do you like best about Truckstop Load Board?

You can access factoring through the load board app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truckstop Load Board?

Brokers that are denied credit (factoring not approved by Truckstop) are allowed to post loads on their load board. If a broker has a bad credit score and/or unfactorable with Truckstop should not be allowed to post loads on Truckstop's load board. Please advise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"everything is fine"
5/5
What do you like best about Truckstop Load Board?

I like the mileage range in the search bar, very cool option.

earlier you had a specific search for each brokerage company, I'd like to have it back so could search my favorite brokers if they have any loads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Truckstop Load Board?

Im a dispatcher, dispatch 4x company trucks and ,sometimes having hard time to have a search result that I need

I just dont like the option of jjust one destination state with 500mi radius ,, Example: today I needed to have a load from Medicine lodge, KS to NY, NJ, PA, NC, SC, GA, TN, KY, north MI, north WI (in a couple of words: As long as possible staying in the "east coast", eather 700-900 mile with $3000 in the best way)

at this point either I'm jumping between multiple search sections, or searching my origin with Anywhere. Please make at least 5 states permission in the search bar. I'd make dispatcher day easy.

Also please refuse brokers when they put 0 ft in the length bar, eveytime I call on that load its either an oversized load, either the broker doesnt even know the dimensions of the load . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
