They have an exceptional support team that is very strong in partnership and collaboration skills, focused on meeting your needs but also advising so you can maximize the impact of their tools. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** What we have been trialing hasn't been the most successful in returns. It's nothing to do with TruCentive's platform and their support model; but there is a cost associated to the learning process that has to be rationalized from a business perspective. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are trying to determine if sending free flu shot vouchers via email influences consumer behavior to get the flu shot in their local community. We trialed something late in last year's flu season that did not realize any benefits, and are working through another trial earlier in the flu season to see if the timing change makes a difference. ### 2. I was able to customize my campaign easily. When I did have questions the TruCentive team was very responsive and helpful. They set me up for success from the start, and really worked at being proactive in anticipating any hurdles I might encounter. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** I don't dislike anything substantial about the application and experience. I looked into quite a few companies that provide similar services, but TruCentive is much easier to use and very transparent in their fee structure. I do wish that there were not caps on the amounts you can load for some vendor gift cards, but that is up to the vendor and not TruCentive. TruCentive does have enough variety that there is some (good) redundancy within the card categories, so I was able to find cards with high enough caps regardless, which is great! **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Employee anniversary gifting. At the moment I am excited about what it can do for us. **What problems is TruCentive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the issue of attendees not receiving their incentives at the end of our events. In the past, attendees may get skipped over, the email got lost, etc. which all resulted in our attendees not receiving their reward. TruCentive solves that issue. One great benefit that I see is the time saved on sending out our rewards. In the past, it would take large amounts of time to send out 50 emails. One family may require gluten free, sugar free, dairy free, etc. groceries, so they can either order Safeway online or go shopping for whatever they need. Another specific need is transportation, as described above. We can now email a card to a family instantly so they can have enough gas in their cars to get to SF quickly, which is essential to their child's health. In the case of a family leaving home emergently, we can provide Target cards to purchase clothes and essential needs. ### 20. I also like the fun designs that are offered and the vast variety of e-giftcards available. I like the ability to customize things, including the amount given on the cards. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** Sometimes there are some technical glitches but they always get resolved quickly and then TruCentive takes it a step further to improve those matters. I appreciate their responsiveness and proactiveness. **Recommendations to others considering TruCentive:** It is worth investing a little time to set up an account to use over and over again for your business, for colleagues and friends. It's fun to check out all the card designs and all the options available for e-giftcards. This is the ideal way to send incentives and gifts to people regardless of their location, in ways that they can easily use the e-giftcards. In addition, we like how we can get our money back if the receiver did not open the email. When we went virtual, it became harder and harder to get decent participation. We would often host trivia or some kind of game with a prize as incentive, but how do you please everyone? TruCentive allowed us to give the winner options so they're always happy. Once the team knew this is the route we went, we saw an increase in participation and an overall happier team. I also like that you can give employees a choice over how they want to be rewarded, by allowing several options for them to choose from. **What do you dislike about TruCentive?** At first I didn't realize there was a two-day waiting period for credit card transactions, and we were ready to deploy a campaign right away.
