My favorite thing is how easy it is to navigate! Once my coworker showed me around once, I knew what I was doing and knew how to use the app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that I can incentivize my international employees and include them in our morale events that I host locally. I additionally love that I can provide my employees multiple options to select from. TruCentive has been a great time-saver by eliminating the manual tasks associated with rewarding survey respondents. It's so easy to link our surveys with the TruCentive reward program and have them handle the GC distribution so that we can focus on what matters most to us -- the responses/feedback. The one hiccup we had was TruCentive pulling the first option in our survey-requested contact info -- the phone number vs the email address. TruCentive automated a very time-consuming High Five ($5 gift card spot award) program to a fun and creative way to quickly award employees across the country.
TruCentive is very easy to use, they have cute templates, and once you get the hang of it, it is very very easy to make new campaigns.
I also like that you don't have a lot of up-front costs and can pay as you go.
The employees love to pick out their awards with lots of choices that they can just add to their phone wallets.

Had a fantastic experience working with the TruCentive team to ensure we had set up our projects within the platform properly and once underway, they monitored to ensure things were progressing properly. They did multiple demos, shared best practices, and responded to inquiries quickly. I heard warnings and stories about the complexities of dealing with gift card awards, but the platform and the team navigated us smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only nits are tiny ones! The ""Add Recipients" loader through CSV bulk upload required that we followed a specific template in order for it to work. It was a little bit of a learning to curve to understand/get it to work for what we wanted, but easy once we understood. I also accidentally uploaded to the incorrect Contacts section, but once I realized we were supposed to upload contacts within each project, it was a breeze.
