The system is easy to find claims and EOB's from the insurance company.

Sometime the upload and download of claims takes a long time.

This is an easy system to utilize if you do not have a clearinghouse.

**What problems is TriZetto CareAdvance Provider solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are submitting medical claims. There is no problem solving to this system.

Easy to use program with convenient navigation and fully updated and user friendly.

Times out, too many windows. This can make navigating difficult at times
