What do you like best about Triptych?

Triptych has been a valuable partner in enabling our Marketing and Sales teams with their omnichannel content delivery platform.

Triptych have a highly scalable system compared to competitors, We have used their Asset Management Module, Campaign Management Module and 'Rewards&Incentives Module'.

We have recieved good feedback from our Marketing Leaders and front-line personnel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Triptych?

Triptych has a scope of improvement regarding Photo, Image and Logo libraries in Asset Management.

Rewards and Recognition module can be improved to compete with the market leaders like WorkHuman, kudos etc..

What problems is Triptych solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a major problem in streamlining content delivery across Marketing and Sales teams - our business has benefitted by using the omnidelivery capability of Triptych.

The site is not dynamic for all uses. The overall user experience can be clunky and inefficient for users that need to quickly complete their order.
