What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

Many emails from tripleseat go to leads junk mail and they think we are ignoring them.

Sometimes tripleseat lags and is slow, makes it difficult to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The BEST solution for venues!"
5/5
What do you like best about Tripleseat?

Before Tripleseat, we used google suites to run our venue. This meant spreadsheets for invoices, google docs for details...and guess what? We made all kinds of typos and human mistakes. Everyone did things just slightly differently. Naming and finding things was a challenge after 5 years in business. Tripleseat solved all these problems and more! It's so easy to use. The customer service is great, even after being a customer for years. We were able to set it up to do just what we needed, instead of some software that wasn't build just for venues. We do on and off premise catering and our own ticketed events, and Tripleseat is perfect for all of those. Staff love that it integrates with google calendars and it also can be accessed on their phones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

There is nothing I dislike about Tripleseat. We get some complaints, a few a year, that the portal is wonky and customers have a hard time with is, but I think it's user error :). It would be nice to attach documents to the portal, like floor plans, instead of only Tripleseat documents, but we make it work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Plan events with ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tripleseat?

I love the option of making templates for each step of the process, from sending the initial proposal to your client and planning event details with clean and concise documents to a simple hit of a button to send the contract. Everything in the program is so user-friendly and very easy to learn. The filter option is also great, especially with multiple people who handle their events. The separate staff discussion is also a great feature! Instead of getting lost in an email box, all communication is easily accessible in each event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

It is hard to find something that I dislike about this program. Sometimes there do seem to be some glitches when inquiries are submitted online, like receiving the same lead twice or the times changing over to AM instead of PM. I will say that the customer service is always quick and helpful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Likely most useful for service/catering business"
4/5
What do you like best about Tripleseat?

My favorite ability is the calendar feature which includes details such as expected guest count, location of the event so as to prevent double booking of a location, who the points of contact are, and (if applicable), menu, billing, payment, and so much more. It is all-encompassing in that manner. I like the ability to tag contacts directly within notes, and it sends that contact an email with the content that needs to go to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tripleseat?

The contact feature is a little discombobulated. I ended up accidentally creating multiple contacts of the same person, but all under a different organization name. Navigating contacts is frustrating and I wish it were more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
