What do you like best about Tripgain?

TripGain application is so smooth that booking can be done within a minute, with in-policy suggestions and saved profile info. Even expense reimbursements are easy and quick. We can create a trip on the go and attach all expenses to it on the go. The OCR reader also captures the details required from the bill scan and makes the task of entering expense details much faster. What problems is Tripgain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before TripGain, the booking and expense reimbursement process used to take a lot of time, leading to missed options and increased costs. Everything was manual, raising requests for approval, submission of bills for reimbursement, approvals etc. This used to eat up our productive time. All this unnecessary stress could be avoided through the level of automation TripGain allowed. What do you like best about Tripgain?

TripGain application is very user-friendly and intuitive for first-time users too. May it be Flights, Hotels, Buses, or Cabs, they have excellent options, and Visa service also is available. Their team also is just a call away for any assistance. I called their support team once at night 1:00 AM, when the Flight I was supposed to travel was canceled due to bad weather. They were so helpful in booking the next best available option and made sure I didn’t miss my event. So I can vouch for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tripgain solving and how is that benefiting you?

Travel sometimes has unpredicted and expected surprises like canceled flights or some booking errors due to application glitches or wrong booking due to miscommunication which I have faced before using TripGain. However, since many of these are unavoidable, the support team should make it up to help the traveler. That is what exactly TripGain did for me, helped me through a helpless situation with excellent support, available 24/7. So, I am extremely happy with their service. What do you like best about Tripgain?

TripGain made the process of booking flights very easy with its extremely user-friendly UI and intuitive interface. It has all services right from Flights, Hotels, buses, cabs, to visa and trains too.

They have a huge inventory of hotels and in fact have options that are not on other portals. For any further assistance, their team is always available 24/7 and they do not hesitate to help me with any number of queries posed. Their teams’ professionalism is ultimate. We had a practice of taking approval for travel through email. That sometimes used to lead to fare jump and sometimes they used to be sold out due to delay in approval. Even expense reimbursement filing process was manual and hence time consuming. With TripGain, all these processes are automated, and time is cut down to less than 1/4th. What do you like best about Tripgain?

We have tried multiple applications before TripGain, but I can vouch for it for its ease of use and extensiveness. It covers the most complex of processes and allows them to be automated. All policies were fed to the system and the rest is taken care of. We just have to use the app for booking, approvals, filing expenses. What do you like best about Tripgain?

I have used TripGain for international travel for client meetings, and what I can say about them in a single word is that they are fantastic! Flights, Hotels & visas, everything was done without effort. All bookings can be handled on a single application, and their travel consultant team was available to clarify any issues or support any unexpected last-minute modifications. What do you like best about Tripgain?

I like the fact that, all the service bookings can be managed on a single application. I need not maintain multiple apps for a trip. Support extended by TripGain team is beyond words and above my expectation. What do you like best about Tripgain?

I like the automation in the travel and expense processes brought by Tripgain. I am delighted by how quick approvals, planning and bookings happen. Reimbursements are quick too. Complex processes and multiple tasks around Travel & Expense Management make it difficult and sometimes has put me in a major stress like once on an international
