I like all the options it offers to be able to carry out surveys when we need them, to be able to customize them with images and colors so that the person who makes it feels much more attracted and committed to it, it is super easy to be able to do that. Another thing I admire is that I can use conditional logic. **What do you dislike about Tripetto?** It's very hard to say anything negative about Tripetto, but only thing I would like to be improved is loading time. Sometimes I wait long time for loading. Also, I am sure that they are working to make this survey system more complex and usable for advanced surveys. **Recommendations to others considering Tripetto:** I recommend this application to everyone who wants to use Survey system which is easy and also meets requirements very well. **What problems is Tripetto solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best thing is that we can use our own Host and that is how we can work in a more simple and organized way through this platform, I have created various forms and surveys and it worked very well. So, that We have undoubtedly improved in some business decisions, because thanks to Tripetto now we know opinion of our users and how their preferences look like. ### 2. I have used better apps for surveying but this is certainly better than google forms and it also helps to build great conversations. This app isn't bad but some elements should be improved, like the data storage, if you arent a computer genius it can be quite difficult to use. **What problems is Tripetto solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have been able to build great conversations with those who filled out the forms I sent out! ### 3. It also has an easy to understand analytical system, to improve the service in reading or visiting customers to our page. **What do you dislike about Tripetto?** It is a great extension, and I would love to be able to expand it to more systems to use it, it would be wonderful. **Recommendations to others considering Tripetto:** In the opinion of the employees, it is a great program and personally I recommend it has free tools and other paid tools but all very functional, the only bad thing is that it is only in wordpress. I recommend trying before adding a user survey and before playing with the program. I must emphasize that it has its own support, where you can communicate for any doubt or problem and they will guide you. **What problems is Tripetto solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously on the website we used to interact with our customers, it was already becoming very repetitive we decided to find a solution and we found the tripetto extension was great easy to add a click and we already had a fun survey created to give a new air to the interaction with our readers. We have a option to decide where you host the forms and where we want to store collected data .
