The easy configuration of the Triniti functions and interface is a big point and Cloud performance while migrating huge volume of different data is cost-effective.

"TPM a worthwhile productivity tool for item setup and maintenance"

What do you like best about Triniti Master Data Management?

We've been using a component of the MDM Suite, TPM, for several years now. It has improved our productivity when performing the arduous task of creating items, bills of material, and sourcing rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Triniti Master Data Management?

Same as with all software tools, it's not always convenient to upgrade TPM in order to leverage new capability and functionality. Fortunately, Triniti's consulting team helps ease the pain of upgrading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Triniti Master Data Management:

The Triniti Master Data Management solution is evolving to also include customer master data setup and maintenance. We are currently planning to manage customer data and setup across multiple enterprise applications using the MDM tool. What problems is Triniti Master Data Management solving and how is that benefiting you?

By utilizing TPM, we're able to setup and maintain master data quicker, easier, and with less resources. The graphical user interface also helps us improve data quality versus using Oracle forms alone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Very effective GUI that saves time to create products & assists in preventing errors

What do you dislike about Triniti Master Data Management?

In some cases the way of use is not intuitive & could be confusing.

For example the update flags, the Apply/refresh buttons, deleting nodes & adding nodes to an existing model Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you very much for your review and feedback. In our effort to continuously make it more intuitive, we have already provided the ability in our latest release to not maintain the item update and bom update flags. TPM will automatically detect which entities need to be updated based on what the user changes. Additionally, early next year, we will also be releasing a version which will not require JAVA applets. That should eliminate the need to press the apply flags as well. We hope that you will upgrade as we release them and continue to derive the benefits from TPM.

We thank you for your review and feedback. We understand the latency in processing the routing is caused by running the concurrent requests for the routings in the background. It is on account of the time it takes to call the API's in the background. However, with the new features in place, to selectively pick based on which properties have changed, we will test out synchronous update. If it is not adding too much processing time, then we will reach out to our customers to offer that feature as well. If you are not aware, please note that TPM does not require the user to maintain the item and bom update flag in its latest release. TPM does it automatically. Please contact your application support team if you have any questions.
