I find TriNet very easy to access and it helps me find what I need, like my PTO hours. I really appreciate how easy it is to pull up my benefits, even using the app on my phone. I also like clicking on the benefits tool and having a drop-down menu of what I'm currently enrolled in. The initial setup was very easy, which is a huge plus. I don't like that it can estimate my SST balance hours for future dates but not my PTO. For example, if I go to my time off window, I will see an option that says 'estimate balance,' and it will only have SST options, but I need my PTO hours to calculate how much time I need to take off. I like the customer support the most. They are easy to reach by phone and are almost always able to answer my questions at the time of my call. I usually don't have to wait on hold too long, and their HR consultants have helped answer HR questions for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The integration with StratusTime doesn't always work seamlessly. The PTO policies don't transfer seamlessly, and the terminations don't always transfer over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have access to TriNet for all work-related benefits, including pay. I mainly use it to submit my timesheet and track and request sick and vacation hours. It keeps accurate track of used and available sick and vacation hours and provides a centralized location for many useful resources relating to my benefits. I find it easy to use and very intuitive. I like the dashboard because it gives me an overview of anything important, offering a short and concise overview of important data and making it easy to access that data. We are a small company (under 20 employees) and TriNet saves us time and money (costs less that 1 FTE employee in HR). Of all the software programs I have used over the past 25+ years, TriNet has been the easiest and smoothest implementation and transition. I have used their customer support features often and they have always resolved my issues. Another plus is the wide variety of benefits that employees can choose from. The website could have an easier flow with all options available in a single drop down. On features I rarely use, I sometimes forget which menu (or which dashboard feature) houses the option. The only other part of the platform that needs some work is the Applicant Tracking System. Hopefully AI will enhance and smooth out this module in the future. I use TriNet for all my HR tasks like pay stubs, W2s, time off, and benefits, and I really like how everything is available in one extremely user-friendly interface. A specific tool I really value is the Money tab because it allows me to see all my job-related money matters, including pay stubs, recent paychecks, and the pay calendar, all in one place. The thing that doesn't work well is how sometimes to see my full benefits I need to enter an external link through TriNet. I wish I could see the full benefits I have in my medical insurance instead of TriNet taking me to my provider's website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how TriNet centralizes pertinent HR information and makes it easy to access. I appreciate its ease of use, which makes managing tasks straightforward. The benefits plan is particularly effective, making it easy to work with local networks and choose participation options. It's also beneficial as a manager of employees in different regions, allowing me to easily find local providers for health, dental, and vision and giving my team the flexibility to choose their preferred tier of plan. I don't like the employee alerts for PTO. As a manager, I get an alert of PTO weeks to months in advance, but if it's not on my calendar in a few weeks or months, I forget about the initial request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really love TriNet. I think the platform is easy to navigate, and I love the amount of resources available. I especially love how easy it is to contact a TriNet team member for assistance. In a world of AI agents, it can be so frustrating to get a question answered quickly, but TriNet has multiple ways of contacting them and you are speaking to a human who is always pleasant, well-trained, and has always helped me solve what I need. I appreciate that TriNet keeps everything organized in one place and streamlines processes like requesting time off and calculating vacation and sick hours. I also like the intuitive features on the homepage, such as payday information. The organization and thoughtfulness in every aspect make it easy to navigate to any section I need. The ability to do reimbursement requests through TriNet simplifies what used to be a more complicated process. Additionally, the convenience of the mobile app is fantastic, as it allows me to have all my information, especially health benefit details, on the go. The initial setup was very easy too. I like that TriNet is fairly intuitive to use and doesn't take too long to figure out each function. If I need help, I can usually get support within about twenty-four hours by email. It's valuable because it allows us to figure out things on our own without waiting for customer support, with prompts that help guide us on what to enter and where it needs to go. I would like customer service to respond a little more quickly. I wish the training sessions were more frequent, longer, or covered fewer topics instead of being crammed. I found TriNet to be a good resource, especially with the AI system making it really easy to coordinate. The AI system told me exactly what I wanted to know, even though it asked me to rephrase a few times. Ultimately, it was really good as I got the information I needed. I liked having instant access to information, which I think is important. It was interesting because when I had questions about my PTO or accruals, the system provided straightforward answers, something I feel a person wouldn’t have been able to do as efficiently.
