I think it's great how much information it contains. I feel it's very user-friendly, and I can navigate through the different information quite easily without needing help to figure out where something is. It's clear how much I'm getting paid, when I'm getting paid, and how much is deducted from my paycheck. Everything is displayed perfectly on my dashboard. The benefit section is also super user-friendly. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** I don't think there's anything specific right now that I find problematic with TriNet, but it would be really cool if I could integrate it with a third-party platform to run payroll. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find TriNet very easy and self-serving. Many employees just want to find practical, common use items as they don't interact with their HR platform frequently. So favoriting tabs like pay options, or time off, or choosing healthcare needs to be frictionless. Integrating with healthcare providers and providing links is crucial for the headache that is health plan options. Website is responsive with minimal lag, again, another common amenity that users value. While AI chatbots are in their infancy, at least having such an option can move the needle for users who are just confused by ANY amount of UX. And when I did have an issue finding certain options that the chatbot wasn't able to assist with, TriNet employees were helpful in pointing me to the right direction, which was great. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** The advertisements for products or adjacent services can be frustrating, in particular the TriNet perks section feels like a catalogue at time of readily available discounts, not specialty discounts that provide unique value. **What problems is TriNet solving and how is that benefiting you?** TriNet is making it easier for me, a general use employee, to access frequently needed options from a payroll and PTO perspective. TriNet oversees tasks that we just wouldn't have the bandwidth for, such as handling all of our Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and withholding tax, which makes it easier for us. TriNet helps us easily request COIs for our vendors, and with our team spread over 30 cities and states, managing withholding tax requirements is challenging. So having TriNet handle these saves us a lot of time and effort. I also appreciate the easy integrations with our two separate timekeeping softwares, which make the payroll processing much easier. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** I would like to see more available internal resources with answering pre-emptive questions from employees, such as their entitled benefits when they need to go on medical leave or parental leave. The initial setup was very easy, as TriNet is very modern and straightforward. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** The only thing I do not like about TriNet is that the estimate for my PTO and SICK time from a specific date can be difficult to use on my mobile device. It is not user friendly.
