The reports and analytics section is another feature I like, with a lot of pre-populated reports available. The ability to learn about new topics and collaborate in a fun way through the wing is a good feature too. **What do you dislike about TriNet?** I find it a bit difficult to understand the internal structure of the TriNet team and how different teams handle various queries. It would be really beneficial to understand the backend org. chart better so we can go to the right person initially, which would eliminate a lot of waiting time. Also, there are some edits we're not able to make as admins because they're handled by the backend TriNet team. After eight months, we're still learning all the different resources on the system, so it is very labor and time intensive.
