It allows you to store documents, drawings, and pictures, and allows for multi-level security access to multiple project participants. **What do you dislike about Trimble Viewpoint Team?** There are a few things that could be improved. When uploading files, it would be nice if it also copied folder structure. It would also be nice to create our own security parameters and levels instead of having to adapt to the preformed ones. **What problems is Trimble Viewpoint Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is our sole project management software to allow our folks in the field to access pertinent drawings, files, and other information to ensure that they are constantly up to date with changes and information for our projects. ### 5. I also like that they are constantly improving and updating the software. **What do you dislike about Trimble Viewpoint Team?** I wish we had a printable sublist in a similar format to what we can access in Vista. I would also like to be able to customize the submittal process and flow of information. I would also like to be able to click on a drawing set and be able to generate a link to send to necessary people. **Recommendations to others considering Trimble Viewpoint Team:** Team is a great addition to other Viewpoint software if your looking for a platform for your field personnel. **What problems is Trimble Viewpoint Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** No issues, just some additional features I wish we had. ### 6. We use it for our project managers to review thier vendor invoices in. It changed how I operate. It give you the option to be completely paperless, which I like. It does all the math functions for you (profit, % of job complete, adding total. etc.) **What do you dislike about Trimble Viewpoint Team?** Sometimes we have programs that we don't use. Equipment tracking is one. We don't have heavy machinery, so there's no use into having it. **Recommendations to others considering Trimble Viewpoint Team:** Please do use it. There are functions for just about everything. You can document everything. You can bill with ease and no problems. **What problems is Trimble Viewpoint Team solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tab features allow you to look something up without slowing you down. There are ways to track items. (Vendor Invoices.) We also can have all billing information and paperwork all in one spot. ### 13. Favorite features include scanning documents directly into entry point. **What do you dislike about Trimble Viewpoint Team?** I dislike that when I link a Purchase Order into and Invoice it doesn't pull the attachments with it.
