I have used three different top tier mechanical estimating platforms in 18 years and Enterprise is by far the most powerful. The assemblies are the most versatile of any program I have seen. If you can dream it you can build it. Also Enterprise's breakdown capability far exceeds any other software out there. It makes breaking down the bid for the GC's and CM's effortless. The other benefit is that Enterprise is one of the only software (besides Accubid Classic) that keeps the entire closeout of your estimate inside the program instead of exporting it to an outside excel sheet. (you can still export it if you want but I would recommend keeping it in the program) This makes updating your bids for last minute addendums instant. It also works very well remotely and makes it easy for a company with multiple offices to centralize their estimating database and operations. **What do you dislike about Trimble Accubid Enterprise?** If you purchase Enterprise be prepared for an intense implementation and training of your employees. You do need to dedicate someone to implementing it correctly and deploying it through your organization. This needs to be someone who knows your estimating process inside and out and also has high technical ability. Don't just think you can buy it and use it out of the box. Invest the resources to implement it correctly. Our company did and we are reaping the benefits from it. It also is more suited for a company with a centralized estimating department rather than a company that has a decentralized estimating department (PM's doing estimating). **What problems is Trimble Accubid Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Producing fast, powerful and flexible mechanical and electrical estimates and budgets. ### 2.
