Being able to model with real fittings that have true takeoffs is a huge benefit. It gives us the ability to model piping runs how we would like to install them and the ability to see if it will work in the real world. Also, that gives us the ability to fabricate accurately. Our field guys have used to the 3D Navisworks model to pull dimensions and have made the comment that it felt like they were cheating with how easy and accurate the measurements showed. Trimble is not the cheapest!!!! We have found a few fitting that do not come in the project correctly and a few issues with spooling. We requested the generation of a new family of parts and it took almost 6 months to get that completed, meanwhile the job had to move on and get built!!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Right now the software is much more stable than it was in the past. I do not have any negative comments on the software as currently built especially when it is paired with Revit 2019.
