God, where do I begin? There's virtually nothing automated under the HR modules. Just about everything is a manual process, system is super slow, functionality is both archaic and nonsensical and transmitting data into our payroll processes is so roundabout, it makes my head spin! With Payroll being completely separate from the HR modules, it's a constant battle to keep our system accurate and correct. I can find anything with a touch of only a few buttons - need the invoice - got it - need a copy of the quote - got it. We use the document tracking to track everything - no check goes out of the building without the proper paperwork being turned in. I would like there to be options to change column names there are some columns I would like to see and some that I wish I didn't see on the purchase order main screen and the purchase order entry screen. Dislike AR entries and billings. Tracking equipment is cumbersome. Really dislike all ways of billing equipment to jobs/creating smaller profit centers in the company. The software seems completely contract focused, not conducive to spec homes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
