This software is at its core an accounting software, especially in look, feel and user interface. While it does have the functionality to do much more, the unfortunate thing is that many users outside of accounting roles will not find it intuitive at all. I particularly love the login Dashboard; I also love the Job Analysis page for each project. I find it is easy to run reports and complete project projections in this system. The support and continual training and webinar programs extended to Spectrum clients is amazing. It truly is a complete, comprehensive package to meet all needs of a mid-size (<$100M) company with many moving pieces of direct and indirect costs. I still find it difficult to understand all of the intricate nuances and settings which may affect particular reports, but I have only been working with this system a year so I imagine as my working knowledge of this system continues, I will not see this as a challenge any longer.
