My previous company had so many customized reports that were not maintained over the years and as updates and improvements happened that never got worked on my company fell behind. this is not a software issues but rather an issue with just making sure someone is keeping up with these. The only software specific thing that I really disliked was the support team. I do not like that at times internet can slow in a busy area or location. There is are moments when the internet can drop in the middle of a zoom meeting.
