The ability to modify the "canned" PDF reports using CrystalReports makes my job SO much easier. Also, the ability to create custom, easy-to-read reports using real-time-data in Excel with InfoLink, is honestly the reason I will never (willingly) leave Spectrum. Since Spectrum was acquired by Viewpoint and ultimately Trimble they now have one of the worst support departments I have EVER had to deal with. Don't expect a response to your case before a week regardless of what priority level place it at. Also, you can expect that they won't call you back but instead provide single responses or questions that have already been answered and provide no value towards a resolution.
