"Turning expertise into consistent, defensible outputs at scale"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

Tribble does a great job turning individual subject-matter expertise into shared, reusable knowledge. Instead of answers living in people’s heads or scattered documents, the platform creates a structured review loop that improves accuracy over time and helps less experienced team members produce consistent, defensible outputs. It scales expertise globally without sacrificing quality, which is especially valuable in regulated, high-stakes use cases like RFPs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

Tribble works best when inputs are structured and aligned with its intended workflow, which can feel restrictive for users accustomed to making quick edits in external tools like Google Sheets. The review step can initially feel like friction, especially for teams under tight deadlines, and it requires some upfront change management. That said, this is more about adoption and expectations than a fundamental product gap, and the tradeoff is higher quality and consistency over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid Tool for Onboarding and RFPs, Needs Improvement on Updates"
3/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I like that Tribble is pretty easy to use. I think the Slack integration is really powerful as well because it puts Tribble right into my daily workflow, making it super easy to ask things. We're able to add it into specific Slack channels, which is really convenient. I also appreciate that Tribble integrates with not just Slack but also information from Google Drive and Notion, making it even more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

I don't like its ingestion of Word Docs versus Excel sheets. Whenever I input document questions, I just want discrete answers for each discreet question, so I end up having to convert documents from Word Docs to Excel sheets myself. In addition, Tribble has trouble learning new facts. Even when connected to Google Drive, it holds on to old knowledge and provides outdated information. Also, the responses and answers aren't as polished as I would like. I often take answers from Tribble and plug them into ChatGPT to get the tone and level of technical language I'm looking for. "Seamless Knowledge Base Integration with Highly Relevant Answers"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I really like how Tribble integrates seamlessly with all of our knowledge bases. The answers I’m getting are far more specific and relevant than what I get when I ask questions to a general AI model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

Occasionally, very large and highly detailed tasks can take some time and patience to run to completion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Speedy and Accurate Responses Enhance RFX Handling"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I use Tribble for RFX responses and really like its context grounding/training feature, which helps in getting the correct responses most of the time. The speed of Tribble is also great, as it's quick with the responses, which is important since we work under strict customer deadlines. It really helps in expediting our job, and we receive good responses because it's trained on our data. Setting up Tribble was also pretty easy, and I could do it by myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

Complex queries can be answered better, but even these can be fine-tuned when you go back and forth with the AI. By getting integrated with more knowledge bases, architecture diagrams, etc., Tribble could improve. More data would make the responses more precise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforming RFx Speed and Quality with Tribble AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

Tribble has significantly streamlined our RFx response process, cutting turnaround times while also improving the overall quality of our answers. It tailors responses to each customer’s specific needs, which leads to more relevant and compelling submissions.

The biggest benefit for us is the reduced reliance on subject matter experts—Tribble captures, reuses, and builds on past responses to consistently deliver accurate, thorough, high-impact content. Two standout features are the ability to request source validation and citations, along with seamless integration with Slack and other applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

At this time, all features of Tribble have proven to be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automates Complex RFP Processes with Ease"
4/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I think what I like most about Tribble is its capability to pull in pertinent information to questions, even when they aren't exact matches or very close to previous ones. It does a good job of understanding the context of a question from our knowledge base and providing the best answers. Also, Tribble allows us to automate about 80-90% of our RFP workflow, which used to be a manual task. I appreciate how it integrates well with our main knowledge base, Notion, and Google Drive. The support from Tribble is impressive too; our contact Ray has been responsive and helpful, spending time to walk us through training and resolving issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

I find the Slack UX experience with Tribble needs improvement. When we push questions into Slack for subject matter experts to weigh in on, it's not always clear who should answer, especially in larger teams, causing some confusion. While it generally works well, there have been bugs in the workflow that we've had to report, though they were addressed. It would be great to have the option to direct message someone, ensuring they know they're the one who should answer, rather than posting in a channel where people might not want to step on each other's toes. "Speeds Up RFP Responses with Deep Analysis"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I have mainly used Tribble to help me craft RFP responses. It helps comb through all the materials we have and polish responses. I like the speed and depth of Tribble; it would take me at least five times longer to go through the materials myself or work with other team members to verify. I also mentioned that I have switched from working with a third party that manually did these responses before. I would rate the likelihood of recommending Tribble a 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

I definitely have to closely evaluate responses. It will often include things that make it clear AI wrote it. When you give a response for an RFP, do not make it sound like AI or include things implying it was written by a third party. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dependable Information Hub with Easy Slack Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I find Tribble to be an easy to access expert trained on our past RFP responses, security questionnaires, and Slack conversations, serving as a reliable source of product and security information. I like that it is fine-tuned to only use answers with high confidence and cites sources, which helps me reliably trust or verify the information it provides. Additionally, I enjoy the Slack integration because it allows easy access and has good controls in place for managing which content Tribble ingests from Slack. The initial setup was easy as well. Tribble provides value to our entire GTM team, and saves significant SE time answering product questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Database Search with Seamless Slack Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I love the Slack integration with Tribble, it makes it super easy to just start a chat and get what I need. The way Tribble searches our databases so I don't have to, and gives me concise information in a digestible format, is really helpful. The integration into my regular workflow through using Slack is seamless. Also, the information our company has provided to Tribble makes it very useful, especially since we have tons of information in various Notion and Google documents that can be hard to search, but Tribble does it fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

When Tribble links to sources, I'd rather it go right to the source instead of to Tribble where I then get the source. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
