"Tribble Brings Account History and Context Together Effortlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I like that Tribble can pull in information from other sources to provide context, especially when I’m working on later-stage opportunities. Having the account history and background in one place is really helpful, because it lets me build on what’s already there without having to manually sift through a bunch of different places on my own. What do you dislike about Tribble?

Sometimes Tribble has formatting issues, like adding strange numbers or letters after certain parts of the text, which makes it hard to simply copy and paste the information. It has also gotten the date wrong numerous times and will pull info or context from two years ago. That makes me concerned about its reliability, especially when I’m sharing information externally. Similarly, when I ask it questions about internal processes or functionality, it doesn’t always pull from a reliable source and may provide an answer without verifying it first. Tribble has been an incredible tool for our team, allowing us to scale rapidly and meet a high degree of customer RFPs and Information Security reviews in this past year. Documentation management can be a little tricky but this can also be attributed to our own processes for reviewing materials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Reliable, Intelligent Platform That Grows With Our Needs"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

After more than a year of using Tribble, it has proven to be one of the most dependable and value‑adding tools in our workflow. What initially served as a much‑needed boost to our RFP process has evolved into a connected platform that supports collaboration and content management across the entire organization.

One of the biggest advantages is how easily Tribble fits into our existing systems. It integrates smoothly with SharePoint, our internal web resources, and now Slack—each integration bringing measurable improvements. The Slack connection has been especially impactful: SMEs can jump into channel discussions, review content on the spot, and respond to requests without delays. This has greatly reduced the typical slowdowns associated with gathering inputs or clarifications during the RFP cycle.

Tribble has also become a core part of our Deal Desk operations. We use it for every RFx, and it continues to deliver consistent, dependable results. With the introduction of Tribble Chat to Sales and Customer Success, its usefulness has expanded even further. These teams now have quick access to reliable answers, reducing unnecessary back-and-forth and helping them stay productive.

The AI capabilities are another strong point. Tribble offers helpful response suggestions, creates well‑structured drafts, and keeps content aligned across different documents. Centralizing information in one platform has made collaboration smoother and eliminated duplicated work across teams.

Lastly, the team behind Tribble deserves recognition. Their responsiveness, willingness to collaborate, and ongoing support make the experience even stronger. They truly feel like partners in our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

One improvement I would appreciate is the ability to save the finalized output directly within the project. Having a built‑in option to store the completed version would make it easier to reference, track, and share final deliverables. Adding this as a future enhancement would streamline the workflow even further. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Blazing-Fast Support Team, but many things still needed for best experience."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

Support team is blazing fast

Ability to fill RFPs using UI or Spreadsheet view, this helps a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

- When you have 28 active projects it is hard (non intuitive) way to find in which project you have assigned questions. It would be nice to have view in primary dashboard to be able to check "show project where I have assigned" (assigned questions, part of the team etc.)

- Before Tribble I created CustomGPT (in OpenAI) to help answer questions. I have feeded same information to Tribble, unfortunately quite often I have to ask questions questions to my CustomGPT and it still have better answers. I think ability to regenerate already proposed answer with some custom prompt (e.g. "rewrite answer to 1 sentence", or "rewrite answer to 4-5 sentences", "Answer from ISO 27001 perspective", "Answer from GDPR perspective") would be good capability, since there are RFPs where thy ask long answers and there is place where one sentence is good enough.

- It is hard to mark spreadsheet fields especially when first upload was done with mistakes, example - someone uploads sheet and marks YES/NO field as generic answer, so there are cases where there are two generic answer fields in one row.

- i encounter some small mishaps (from my side) like accidentally press "not reviewed" button. So after such misclick I have to go to the "reviewed" section and search for the question (in 100+ RFP "good luck" find right answer), my proposal is to do similar as it is solved in G-Mail a small "Undo" slide-up in lower corner would help a lot. "Versatile AI"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I use Tribble for many daily activities, and I appreciate how it integrates with our internal tools. It searches quickly to find answers and provides lots of background information rapidly. I like that it analyzes data and shows trends in seconds, saving me a significant amount of time. What stands out for me is the ability to inform the team about the accuracy of answers, which helps the tool get smarter over time. It connects to our internal tools, so I don't have to export reports into a different tool; it analyzes them as they are, and this saves me effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

There are times when you have to be very specific with the things you want. If they could make it easier to prompt, that would be great. Potentially having some starting places and initial example libraries to work from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Live, On-the-Fly Answers and Tribble Workflows That Save Time"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

Being able to ask on the fly questions regarding specific records or documents and get the answers live on calls is super helpful. I also like the ability to use/create tribble workflows and prompts for repetitive tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

As with most AI, it is beneficial to check everything for accuracy/recency when it comes to research you ask Tribble to do outside of your own organizational documents/sources, but it is easy to ask it in plain language to adjust accordingly if need be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Integration, Super Convenient"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I like that Tribble is integrated into Slack, which is the best use case for it. It keeps me working where I am without needing to switch to a different application. Everything is integrated into Slack, which is super helpful and very convenient. As an end user, I appreciate the buttons built out within Tribble, which are super helpful and categorized, so I know exactly where to look. Once I click a button, Tribble asks follow-up questions, making it easier to find the information I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

I think the only thing I want Tribble to do is to be able to connect to more of my business applications. I don't believe that is a Tribble limitation though, I think that is my company's decision on which apps that they allow to integrate into Tribble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time-Saver with Reliable Messaging"
5/5
What do you like best about Tribble?

I work in tech sales for context. What I like most about Tribble is being able to save time. It isn't necessarily tied to specific features, but it definitely helps me feel confident in my messaging when reaching out to prospects. I appreciate being able to share messaging at scale and gather potential prospect information that I might have overlooked. This means I spend less time bugging or coordinating with my team for simple questions and rely on Tribble for that. It saves me time and effort in these areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tribble?

I think the citing could be more accurate, specifically when I am researching and sharing specific facts and insights. I want to be confident in the messaging that I'm sharing without having to tell Tribble, 'Hey, Tribble, please cite that information.' I want Tribble to do the work in the background to be able to cite that information for itself, and to spew out the correct information to me if I'm outreaching to prospects. I wish there was a way for Tribble to share the set of information with me on the side, and to know for sure that even though AI does make mistakes, it's 100% accurate in what it's sharing with me.
