- Gives easy-to-understand and contextual answers, much like an actual SE would

- Asks follow up questions and provides links to documentation

- Did not need to enable the team, after being set up by my SE org they immediately just started using it. 100% adoption across all teams

- No idea about the set up process, but it must have not been a huge lift because our SE org got it up and running quickly

- This is used by our team about 15 times a day for just 35 sellers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Maybe the reps don't spend as much time fully learning the product and remembering the answers because it's so easy to ask Tribble? But that's a stretch

Having a private workspace within Slack, Tribble has been a game changer for me. Previously, sourcing the right information and resources to support my team on deals could take hours. With Tribble, I can now quickly and discreetly ask questions, request materials, and get accurate answers—with clear attribution to the original source. Just like with ANY AI tool, the more you use it the better it gets. It will take some time for the tool to best understand nuances and resources etc, BUt so far I have not been disappointed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tribble has drastically reduced the time it takes to respond to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, etc., while simultaneously improving answer quality. The integrations and workflows also make it easier to update the "brain" and have internal experts validate the answers provided. Lastly, it's elevated our GTM team's credibility with prospects and customers. Answers to deeply technical questions are now readily provided in real time which historically required a series of internal emails and follow-ups with prospects and customers. I think it's great that Tribble gathers information from public and accessible internal sources to provide answers. It's almost accurate. Another good point is that it includes Slack interactions in its search, allowing it to extract information even with language differences in global channels, which is valuable. The response is a bit slow. It has stopped answering about the reference price of the license. When looking up questions received during negotiations with customers on Tribble, I particularly feel the slowness of the response. In terms of speed alone, it doesn't match up to Copilot or ChatGPT. Triple is extremely helpful for finding complex, and niche, pieces of information that live throughout our internal systems. Our internal systems are wide, reaching, and very complex, and there is a ton of nuance in my role. It can be difficult to find relevant information for each questions, by asking a simple question I can easily save myself over an hour of work each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Triple can be finicky, depending on the context of which you ask it. You have to be very specific. It's more of a nitpick than anything, and depending on how your systems are set up it may or may not be as much of a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tribble makes it super easy to get quick, accurate answers without slacking teammates or digging through old docs. It saves me time every day and has become my go-to for finding info fast. The user experience is incredible! Unlike other tools, Tribble is in front of you and responding whether you @ mention Tribble or not. Since Tribble knows more than most people and has access to all of the right information, this process has saved hours of time spent researching, digging through files, and searching all of our internal resources. While not at the fault of Tribble, Tribble knows so much and that comes at a cost of surfacing the wrong information. Sifting through what's a good / bad response can be cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Getting started with tribble was easy and intuitive. We worked with our point of contact to get it set up very quickly. The thing that stands out the most is the actual platform and leveraging it to answer RFPs. I tested over 4 platforms during my procurement cycle and Tribble came out on top. What separates Tribble from others in this space is that it works where we work (inside of Slack). While I am thrilled about it's accuracy, completeness, & features, what has been most exciting is the user adoption because it sits in Slack and is so easy to use.
