Tribble has been really valuable in helping my team prepare better for upcoming calls, ensuring we come in with strong points of view and solid account research, including research on the company and what they're doing in our industry. The pre-call level stuff has been great. It's also really helpful for determining our strategy. Tribble saves me a ton of time, especially with deal research, account research, and messaging, all in a place I can present to my team. I've been loving using it. Sometimes, when I'm loading up prompts, I'll go to another screen and then forget the prompt was running because it takes a little while. I would love if there was a desktop version of Tribble. The Slack integration's helpful, but sometimes I wish I could run those queries in a side browser and have it operate a little bit more like a chat GPT or a Gemini window interface. The AI agent allows me to draft a lengthy response in minutes, saving days of work. Tribble helps solve challenges by leveraging previous work, drafting quickly with the AI agent, and building a response draft in real time. The speed to draft is unlike anything else I've worked with. The chat feature is especially valuable for one-off questions and support, allowing quick access to responses without digging through folders or drives for content. Compared to other tools like Loopio and RFP360, Tribble is much better. Building the initial library takes some thoughtful work, but the Tribble team made it very easy. I find the LLM functionality in Tribble a key feature to how valuable it is. Tribble can intake previous questionnaire responses we've sent to customers and use that information to generate initial draft responses with new questionnaires even when the question is worded entirely differently. This feature is great because I don't have to search for specific terms or look things up in a flat, static way, saving significant time for my team. Also, the upload functionality within the RFP feature is HUGE plus. We often deal with questionnaires that have over 200 questions, and being able to just upload the document instead of copying and pasting each question into a chat type format saves us a lot of time. Minor- Within the RFP feature, the functionality for editting Word or PDF document responses is not quite as smooth as those for Excel, but still helpful enough that we review it regardless. Additionally, the way Tribble learns from RFP responses currently requires approval of each individual response rather than being able to supply the final document and learn from the delta. Overall, the RFP product is constantly being made more intuitive so I am excited to see how these areas will be improved in the coming months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Tribble solving and how is that benefiting you? I use Tribble to reduce my team's cognitive burden, allowing us to handle a large volume of security questionnaires and RFPs. We use Tribble to take a first pass and then we just have to edit/ tweak, streamlining responses to varied customer queries efficiently. I like Tribble for its ease of setup and management through integrations with the knowledge base. The analytics are great for understanding volume, productivity, and the strength of the answer library. I appreciate how its AI capabilities extend SE workflows, from pre to post handoffs to analyzing call data. Setting up, adding, or updating content that the AI uses is easy, especially with integrations like Gdrive, Confluence, and other sources, which automatically improve the answer library. The native analytics provide a quick understanding of Tribble's impact on productivity, and the AI capabilities make it simple to see what needs to be improved.
